I was struggling to find the desk I wanted as needed it ASAP and a lot of them weren’t available. I spoke with someone on the live chat, they were very helpful and led me through the available items. All round great experience, yet to receive the item but the front end customer service was great.

I’m editing my review based on what my thoughts are since buying the desk.

The website indicated that a sale was on which was only going to last for the day and so I purchased 2 desks for my wife and I to use at home. Lo and behold the sale is still on despite the countdown saying that the sale ends today. This is misleading and puts pressure on customers to make quick decisions.

Oh and the delivery fee is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased two desks and was greeted with a £60 delivery charge which is absurd. It was only just worth it considering the price of the desks themselves.

In addition to the above, I was told to leave a review and I’d receive a £10 refund on my order. That hasn’t happened which shows you how shady their review tactics are. Not a good look, at all.

I will say though that the desks are fantastic. Very nice to look at and aren’t too difficult to put together. I’d have appreciated it if the holes in the desk were pre-drilled but it’s a small complaint.

A simple and easy to order product. Site is well organised to make navigation easy. I haven't got the product yet or finished the experience but I'm happy to improve the rating once received and all reviewed and set up, but so far so good!

Great desk with wooden tabletop. Which is impossible to find in a standing desk at this price. Can’t wait to receive it.

Order received, table top was clearly used. Had loads of marks around it and DRILLED holes that did not even match the legs!

Emailed to ask for a replacement table top last week, have not heard back since.

Not good.

Following receipt of this order, I will provide my experience of the quality of the desk, including delivery timeline and ease of set up. I hope I will not be disappointed as I read quite a number of negative reviews where the company responded they could not identify the reviewer with the order. Easy to use website and fast ordering

Easy checkout but watch out hidden extras… delivery not included (or cheap!). They also offer extended warranty at checkout but it’s costs extra.
