Recently moved in a new property and required additional units for my kitchen. Sandy at Kam was very helpful and informative throughout, and my extra units were fitted last week by two young men who were very professional and polite.
Can thoroughly recommend. 👏

We bought a new property through Rowland Homes. So we had our kitchen supplied by Kam Designs Contracts.
After, 18 months of use we noticed that a few of the doors and drawers were delaminating around the edges.
We contacted Sandy at Kam and sent him an email of the issues. He promptly responded and told us that he would contact the manufacturer and they would get an update from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, there was a delayed response from the manufacturer and this took several months for Sandy to finally get the manufacturer to visit our property and see the issues.
I have to admit, that Sandy was extremely helpful especially when I was rather frustrated about the lack of action. He told us that the manufacturer had lost personnel and that they would be in touch soon. We were rather concerned that our 2 year’s warranty was ending. Sandy assured us that are claim was lodged and it would be resolved. It was, Sandy has carried through with everything that he said he would. In this time of poor customer service by individuals and companies Sandy at Kam stands out for great customer service.
The manufacturer, finally came out to see the kitchen and tested the moisture content of the failed doors and agreed to replace them. So hats off to them also.
New door fronts arrived. No problem
We even ordered extras for our kitchen which Sandy sorted also.
So thanks Sandy for your great help and support throughout.

From start to finish they have been so engaging and supportive of quite a large kitchen refurbishment.
Nicola was so helpful when drawing up the initial designs and created a wonderful pack that brought our ideas to life.
We decided to install the kitchen ourselves as we had a number of contractors onsite, but KAM were always at the end of the phone when we needed any advice.
The finished kitchen looks superb and we are so happy with the quality of the kitchen and kitchen appliances.
We literally can’t recommend KAM design highly enough.

We are extremely pleased with our fabulous new kitchen from KAM design . We have recently totally refurbished a bungalow for our retirement and the gorgeous kitchen has been fitted into the large kitchen/diner/living area. The kitchen brings the room alive, totally suiting the area for a modern open planned space. I cannot thank our kitchen designer Carol enough, every fine detail was catered for and nothing was too much trouble for her. The kitchen was fitted by Chris in our time frame, who was excellent and added to the fantastic service and quality provided by KAM design.

The whole experience, from making an appointment to look at designs, to having the kitchen installed was quick and easy. There was no rush from the staff, we felt we had sufficient time with them, choosing colours and asking questions about the differences in textures and appliance options. The staff were very knowledgeable and offered a broad range of options to choose from, including the different layouts and designs, not just the actual materials & colours. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend KAM to friends & family.

Almost every door on the kitchen units that they supplied is peeling. Whilst they only offer a guarantee of two years which we are outside of, they have taken it up with the manufacturer to try and get it addressed which I really appreciate.

We have been using KAM Design since 2015 and are very happy with their service. Their product range, professionalism and overall team are second-to-none.

Yet again their drivers were using a van parked on North Union View, Lostock Hall as a mobile warehouse this morning. A lengthy loading session into another van starting at 05:30, accompanied by several dozen door slams. This is becoming a regular occurrence.

How about you guys setup an actual warehouse and don't use residential streets to run your business from?

Quality of the product in my new home was brilliant. Being able to contact KAM and obtain additional kitchen products has been seamless.

Emily is a credit to the company and always goes beyond what i imagine is her role. Her professionalism and attentiveness is a real asset.

An amazing team, Dan and Sandy both looked after me during the sale stage. Both Owen and Connor were outstanding kitchen fitters.

Their work was done to an exceptional standard, with so much care and attention to detail, which is just what you want and need when you’re spending money on a new kitchen.

From start to finish, from service to the end result and product, everything has been beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend and if you want an amazing kitchen fitted by two professionals, I’d recommend you ask for Owen and Connor.

We would absolutely recommend KAM design, Carol has been so efficient, helpful and patient with us whilst we chose the exact design we wanted. She was happy to go through lots of options and made sure we got the kitchen we wanted. We just love it! It matches so well and the fitter has done a fabulous job. KAM Design came highly recommended from a good friend, and didn't disappoint. Carol helped us from the design stage to completion, working with architects, builders and other trades to design and install a beautiful and functional kitchen and utility room.
We worked through the inevitable delays of a new build, KAM Design were very patient. Chris was our fitter, again I can highly recommend his attention to detail. Turning up when planned, tidy and organised.
Any tweaks have now been ironed out . We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would recommend KAM Design, Carol and Chris to friends, family and anyone who wants a quality, well designed Kitchen.

We have recently completed a large open plan kitchen extension on our house. Carol at Kam produced the designs for the room. As well as the kitchen layout, she was able to provide plans for the overall extension, which was so helpful in the decision making process, presenting various different options to us and supporting us in our choices. The fitting process was straightforward and the kitchen is of excellent quality. We are so happy with our fabulous new kitchen and would highly recommend Kam.

Completely obsessed with our new Kam kitchen. Pulled out all the stops to get it completed for Christmas dinner. Carol has the patience of a saint dealing with all our changes and designed the kitchen of our dreams. This is the first professionally designed and fitted kitchen I have had in the 25 years of being a homeowner. It is the biggest purchase we have ever made, even more than our first little house so we were understandably nervous. We had no need to be, customer service was excellent and Joe the fitter is AMAZING, he made less mess installing than my husband does making toast. Thank you to Kevin, Carol, Joe and the team at Kam. You are all kitchen Angels.

After embarking on a self-build project, we contacted Kam Designs for our new kitchen after being recommended by friends.

Our process began back in 2019. Carol was our designer and was amazing from our first meeting. She was so helpful & patient. Our initial appointment was to run through our expectations and ideas and at no point did we feel rushed or pressurised. Carol took onboard all our requests and ideas and then got to back to us to arrange a further appointment to look their design suggestions. She was flexible with changes and forthcoming with design inputs to improve the workability of the kitchen layout.

Our project has only just completed due to delays with Covid/builders/materials etc -(nothing to do with Kam) and I can honestly say Carol has been amazing throughout. Always at the end of the telephone & email if needed. We made several adjustments and additions along the way and Carol was always prompt to deal with these and nothing was too much trouble.

The delivery drivers came when arranged, were polite and helpful.

The kitchen was installed by Chris. He is a quality fitter. Prompt, tidy, friendly and above all excellent at his job. He always consulted us regarding all aspects of the kitchen fitting and adjusted things where he felt it would be beneficial. He has meticulous attention to detail and his workmanship is precise. Cannot praise Chris enough.

The kitchen we eventually chose was from the Burbridge range. It was an expensive investment but worth every penny. The quality of the units/handles etc is excellent.

We would not hesitate to recommend Kam Designs. Carol, Chris, and the whole team have been nothing but professional. We have a quality kitchen, installed by a fantastic fitter, designed by a lady who knows her stuff- Carol.

From beginning to end it has been first class.

We’re not normally ones to post reviews for products/services we’ve purchased but nearly 2 years since we first spoke with KAM Design we feel compelled to say how happy we are with our new kitchen. Eighteen months after the kitchen was installed we still admire how beautiful it looks and more importantly how practical our new kitchen area now is.

The "kitchen project” was the biggest home spend we have made in the 20 years since we moved into our new build property and to that end we wanted and feel we have achieved the wow factor.

The service we received from KAM throughout the process was exemplary from the initial introduction to the final sign off. Carol, our kitchen designer was patient and understanding of our needs including our plan to remove an internal wall to accommodate an open plan feel. She provided us with a number of options/designs to maximise our space and recognise our tastes in furniture and colours (by no means and easy task!) She also assisted us with sourcing the required sub-contractors which was invaluable and meant we were able to keep to our timeline and most importantly our budget!

Once the work started, Chris, our fitter was an absolute star, a quality tradesman who is meticulous in his approach and attention to detail. He ripped out our old kitchen and kindly ensured we had an old unit available to house our old electric hob in the garage to allow us to cook whilst the building work and kitchen fitting took place. Throughout the process he always consulted us to ensure we were happy with any design/fitting decisions he needed input with.

In the end we have a quality German kitchen that was fitted in the agreed timeline and within our budget without any dramas and we love it, and given the experience we encountered, we strongly recommend KAM Design to deliver a quality service and quality product!

Having decided to replace our dated kitchen, we looked at kitchens on display in several outlets in the Preston area. We particularly liked one of the layouts in the KAM showroom, and used it as a template. KAM had a good range of colours, accessories and worktops which met our needs. Carol was very helpful with our design and we found that her visit to our home to complete the measurement was invaluable. We agreed a timetable for the removal of our old kitchen and fitting the new one. This plan allowed for the manufacture and fitting of a quartz worktop as well as the laying of a Karndean floor.
When a kitchen is out of action, it puts particular stress on a busy household, so when the fitter arrived, as planned, and told us that "he would be happy if his work made us happy", we felt that we were off to a good start.
The old units and floor tiles were removed. The plasterer made an excellent job of plastering the walls and we painted the kitchen before the units were fitted.
The floor was laid by an external contractor, the worktop was fitted and the fitter completed the kitchen according to the plan. Everything on site was coordinated by the fitter who met his objective by "making us happy" with his work.
There were a couple of electrical problems, but these were soon sorted out.
Overall we would like to that KAM for a modern, sleek and fresh looking kitchen - we are very pleased

Absolute joke and wouldn’t want them anywhere near my kitchen again.
We moved in to our new home in September 2020 which was a new build.
The kitchen in first glance was just what we wanted. However on further inspection sadly the kitchen let’s just say is was falling apart with broken carcasses, wrong colour plinths.chips in worktop, shelves missing and the list goes on. On-site maintenance have been to try and fix things as we go along.
The Kam team came at the end of January 2021 and said they do need time to book the right person in for the job.
We were told by this company that they would send his best man to do the job as it does need care.
6!weeks we have waited and they sent 2 chancers to rectify the problems. They have made it even worse and we are appalled to see what they think is acceptable. The two men were very rude, cocky and obviously no skill level.
We will be getting a quote to redo this kitchen as what we have paid is scandalous

We decided to go with KAM design because of their professional and flexible approach to the designing and planning of our kitchen. We have been really happy with the quality of the units and the fitting. Claire provided the overall project management which meant we did not have to worry about timing of work etc. We are really happy with our new kitchen.
