New kitchen and flooring
I had to reschedule my kitchen fitting twice and this was no problem. The tradesmen arrived at the time they advised. Everything was done to a very high standard and all the fitters were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the installation. John was my point of contact throughout the installation and any inquiries were handled very efficiently and quickly. I was very impressed with everyone at b-spoke from the initial survey to the completion of my kitchen, they were all helpful and knowledgeable and they found a way to realise my vision of my new kitchen. The quality of the whole kitchen and flooring is outstanding and if in the future I ever need anything done b-spoke will be my first phone call.

Love the new kitchen!
After putting off refitting our kitchen due to the dread of the disruption and mess, I can honestly say that the B-Spoke Team have been amazing from start to finish, taking everything our house threw at the them in their stride. We had very little disruption and our kitchen was finished before we knew it!
Both the quality of the build and the quality of their workmanship are quite impressive and I just love my new kitchen!

Hi, I planned to have a new kitchen put in for my daughter so B-Spoke was recommended to me so we started the process about 3 months before installation.
My first point of contact was Conor, really friendly and helpful. He has been a constant throughout the whole process as he seemed to be the only one that answered his phone every time lol.
The survey team, Darren and Stuart were really helpful and highlighted things I hadn’t thought of so that was great.
Sales and design team also friendly although some of what I asked wasn’t on the design initially but was changed without any fuss.
Alan and Craig were the guys that installed the kitchen and they were absolutely brilliant, Alan got the head down and powered through the work.
I have to say, Conor, Alan and Stuart stood out in my opinion, they know their job well and r very professional on all counts. B-Spoke are lucky to have them.

I am so glad I used this company. My kitchen was fitted in a few days by Josh and Mason who done a first class job. I could not fault their work ethic. They always left the place tidy every day. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company. You will not be disappointed!

First Class
Our experience with Bspoke from start to finish was first class. Kept seeing the ads on social media and requested further information. Conor called and we made an appointment to go to showroom. Met with Neil who showed us around the factory and helped us with choosing our ideal kitchen 😀 what a lovely man. Our kitchen took 2 whole days which we were more than happy with thanks to Lazio and Patrick. There was just one wee hiccup that was the floor this was due to our kitchen not having skirting due to old house therefore there was a small gap when floor was laid. But gave John a call and he was straight out to have a better look and was sorted next day with new skirting free of charge which we are very grateful for. Quality and service has been fantastic and well worth it.

Worse experience of my life getting a kichen from here every single day there was a problem for over a week they left glue all over my work top the the floor is uneven they can talk the talk but can't deliver what they promise stay clear bespoke kitchen not once have i spoken to any of u regarding the kitchen am not getting in to a slaging match I am just giving my opinion i will not be bullied by your phone calls

We’re disappointed to read this, as it doesn’t reflect the discussions we’ve had directly.
Regarding the worktop, the issue of glue was never reported to us during or after installation. When we contacted you following this review, you confirmed you had already removed it yourself. Had we been informed at the time, we would have attended promptly to resolve it.
In relation to the flooring, our agreement was to lay the LVT only. Subfloor preparation was the customer’s responsibility prior to our arrival. We explained that LVT must be installed on a properly prepared, level surface and that underlay cannot be fitted beneath LVT. You had requested underlay, which we advised is not compatible with this type of flooring.
We proceeded with installation based on the floor condition presented to us on the agreed date.
When we spoke after this review, you described the kitchen as “beautiful,” which we appreciated. However, we have not been given the opportunity to attend and inspect any concerns in person.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and always aim to be clear about installation requirements beforehand. If you would like us to review anything on site, we remain open to doing so.

To clarify for anyone reading, the concerns mentioned in this review were not reported to us during or after installation. Once the review was posted, we contacted the household in order to understand the issues and see if we could help resolve them. We have only spoken with your husband during that call, who advised that the kitchen itself is “beautiful”.
Regarding the flooring, our agreement was to install the LVT flooring only. Preparation of the subfloor was to be completed beforehand. We also advised that underlay cannot be used with LVT flooring when this was requested. We proceeded with installation based on the condition of the floor at the time.
With regards to glue on the worktop, this was never raised with us during the installation period. Had it been reported, we would have returned immediately to inspect and resolve it.
We never intend for any customer to feel uncomfortable, and our phone call was simply to understand the concerns raised and offer the opportunity for us to review them. We have always been willing to attend and inspect any issues if given the opportunity.
We remain proud of the kitchens we deliver and our aim is always to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

Great local company
From our first visit to the showroom to the final day of installation B spoke were professional, attentive and efficient. The planning process was smooth and Alex and Anna listened to us and designed everything to suit our needs. I wanted to keep my American fridge freezer and they accommodated it smoothly into the design.
Installation took place in December when everyone did everything to ensure we were ready for Christmas. Matt, our installer, was super efficient with a great eye for detail. We couldn't believe how quickly the old kitchen disappeared and the new one slipped seamlessly into place.
Minor snagging issues were dealt with promptly after the Christmas holidays and we were always kept informed when materials were to be delivered and staff available to fit outstanding parts.
We didn't want to use a large national company for our kitchen and I'm glad we chose a local one. We know all the staff by name from sales and designer to installer, electrician and plumber. Our installation manager came to the house and kept in touch throughout.
I would have no doubts in recommending B spoke and I'm very pleased with the final outcome.

Would recommend B-Spoke Kitchens
If you are looking for a unique and Bespoke Kitchen then I would definitely recommend B-Spoke Kitchens. The Designer was really helpful and patient with me as I was indecisive about the colour and changed my mind a few times as there were so many options to choose from. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted my kitchen to look and was told by other kitchen companies (including wren) that I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted as the units come in standard sizes. As B-Spoke Kitchens make the units up in their factory they were able to make some of the units slightly smaller than the standard size to allow me to have the layout that I wanted. The quality of the Kitchen units are amazing and the units are the same colour inside as they are outside which looks absolutely stunning compared to the standard white material you normally get inside cupboards. B-Spoke Kitchens were also great at keeping me up to date with each stage. My partner is a joiner so was fitting the kitchen himself, units cane built, well packaged and numbered with a diagram and a list of where each item goes.

Hi, I just wanted to leave a quick review for the B-Spoke kitchen company because honestly, the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. From the very first visit to the showroom, I felt really looked after — everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I actually wanted rather than pushing a standard design.
The design and planning stage was great too. They listened to all my ideas, offered really helpful suggestions, and made sure everything worked both practically and visually. The meetings were relaxed but thorough, and I always felt involved in the process.

I couldn’t fault Lazlo or Patrick, they completed job to high standard, they kept me upto date, they weren’t happy with a few doors which I didn’t notice, everything replaced within 2 weeks due to Christmas shut down. We had a few issues due to broken machinery but John sourced outside company to resolve even though I was advise it was ok to sort after Christmas

A Rough Start, a Beautiful Finish
I wanted to leave an honest review from start to finish, because so many reviews don’t tell the full story.
I had a very clear vision for my kitchen – truly bespoke – and after speaking to several companies, I chose BSpoke with high hopes. I live in an ex-council house in a scheme and I’m proud of my home, but my initial survey visit left me feeling judged and dismissed. The attitude I experienced made me feel like my ideas weren’t taken seriously and that assumptions were made about what I could afford. I genuinely left that meeting thinking I wouldn’t go ahead.
But I decided to attend the design appointment anyway and raised my concerns – and I’m so glad I did.
From that point on, the experience completely changed. Stuart, John, Rab and Josh were incredible and truly saved the whole journey. They listened, advised, involved us at every stage, and came with solutions whenever issues arose. Rab and Josh worked tirelessly, with care and pride in their work, and turned my vision into something even better than I imagined.
Yes, it took a little longer than planned, but that was down to other works we chose to do – and the end result was absolutely worth it. My kitchen is everything I dreamed of and more.
My advice: don’t let one person’s poor attitude put you off the rest of the company. The team who delivered the final result are a real credit to BSpoke, and I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen.

I got my new kitchen from BSPOKE and I absolutely love it.. I got my own fitter so I can't review that but the process from meeting Neil first and the kitchen being delivered was fantastic. Good process from survey to fitting, can't ask for more
Good process from survey to fitting, was able to scheldule within a couple of weeks of design and most of work done in 2 days for a top floor flat kitchen that needs updating. The sales person, Neil, showed work area and talked through options in a comprehensive and easy manner. Everything was organised by them directly so not getting separate quotes and full quote availble for work discussed. Was kept in regular contact by John who managed it, and was surprised when noticed they moved up scheldule of waste clearing as they decided to clear earlier rather than leaving it for another day. Lazlo and Partrick in particular were great as they came in, managed to remove old kitchen in 1/2hr and just kept at it til done.

I found Bespoke on Facebook, I was contacted promptly and had a free Measure and Design, we then had an appointment to meet Neil at the Cumbernauld showroom,Neil was very friendly, helpful and certainly not pushy in any way which is just what I wanted, Anna was a fantastic designer and utilised all the space in our quite small kitchen,the fitters were fantastic and very professional, our new kitchen is absolutely stunning and from start to finish was faultless, huge well done to all the team at Bespoke and I would definitely highly recommend.
