The watch came barely breathing, The time grapher was a complete snowstorm. In the watch repair world that is really bad! They replaced it and I bought another. They are slow but it was worth it. Good luck, be patient... I ordered 2 more in March 2025. Fun watches

This is a scam. Lost over $300 for a watch. Ordered it mid January, still no watch, mid March. Just like the one reviewer said, they responded to first e-mail, ghosted me after that. Definitely criminals. Don’t give one more dime to these pieces of human waste!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Does not even deserve one star it's a total scam. I purchased on 1/9/25 and never got the watch, I lost $315. For customer service they provide a phone # but it doesn't work. When you email support they will tell you to give it more time. You wait another week and send another email to which you get no reply. If you send them your money, YOU WILL LOSE IT. You've been warned.

Poor quality and refunds are not possible only a minimal refund.

I ordered a jersey for a Christmas gift and it took about two months to receive which was the first week in January. When inquiring they responded that I should receive it within the week. The gift arrived too late since I went and purchased something else and the cost to return to China was between $50 and $200. You can only communicate via email. They have not responded to my last few emails. Run away from this company. They are a scam.

Giving a 1 star because Noone reads the 5 stars. The shipping took a little longer but arrived when promised. The tracking.number was fine. The shipper had it for a few days and the reviews made me nervous. But in the end I received my jersey and it's beautiful. A Reggie White 1992 Mitchel & Ness but a stitched version. Well worth the wait. I would definitely order from them again. Be patient with the shipping and you'll be fine.

All of the one star reviews are true. Zero customer service or response. KANTETE sends you a fake tracking number. Waited over a week for a response from customer support. DON'T waste your time or money. As previously stated in another review, all of the five star reviews are from the same day. Regret not listening to the other reviewers.

Very unethical seller, Advertised a watch with all the descriptions, and then sent a very cheap copy with none of the features they listed. Paid $349.00 and received a 40$ poor clone. And now won't give me a refund. Having to file dispute through paypal and still might not get my money back.

The delivery process is a real problem, still waiting to receive my package. It’s been sitting in there shipping facility for six days.

Watch was finally delivered but the dial doesn't rotate. Accepted a 20% refund but then decided to return since this is a poor qaulity watch. Kantete now will not acccept the return since I accepted the 20%.
DO NOT BUY from THEM.

So, my experience was the same as almost all of the 1 star reviewers......until today! I ordered a jersey and hat on 12/6/2024. In deference to Kantete, it did state on the site that all orders after 11/30 would not arrive before X-Mas. By 12/7 the package was picked up by a shipping partner in LA, I was given a tracking number and proceeded to watch the package depart and arrive at the same shipping partner for 4 weeks!!!!! All that time, I was badgering customer service, who was actually pretty responsive..... but never gave me any answers about the lack of arrival at USPS. I wasn't nice at all after a couple of weeks, but they remained responsive and cordial. Lo and behold, yesterday I got us and upon tracking the package, found it had arrived at my post office!!! I was still sure that when I got the package today it was either gonna be empty or it was going to contain the wrong product. I opened the package and it was EXACTLY what i ordered!!!! So, the process was very confusing and somewhat late getting here, but looks like Kantete is in fact a real site and not a total scam. For that I have apologized to customer service and I know, that my grandson is gonna love the gift!! Better late than never!

I have the same problem many others on this site have expressed. I ordered something for a Christmas present December 6th. I got tracking info. One month later no package! The tracking info never changes. I have contacted support 4X and nothing.

If I could leave zero stars I would I ordered a jersey a month before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived, I asked for a refund and they told me I can only get 10%…absolutely ridiculous and no professionalism in communication

Wanted to return my product and Kantete would not respond to my email to support or the ticket I opened on their website. Their website said you could reach out to them by phone but there is no number listed on website.

Ordered a football jersey on December 2nd. Did not arrive in time for Christmas. Contacted customer support, and they assured me it would arrive shortly. It hasn't arrived, and the tracking software the company provides is nonsensical. I will never use them again and would recommend you find another vendor for your item.

I purchased a size small jersey for my son. It arrived at my home with a size small label on it, but the actual size measurements correspond to to an NFL large. I bought the jersey for my son, and it is way too big even for me at 6', 175#.

Check the size charts carefully. The numbers on the size charts are deceiving. Measure a shirt that you like and compare it to the size chart provided by Kantete. Sizing for the youth jerseys seem to be even bigger than the adult sizing.

This seems to be intentionally misleading, as the difference between an authentic jersey small with chest measurement of 35-37.5" does not compare to a shirt with a 44" chest.

Since I ordered a small and the numbers correspond to their size chart, Kantete will not process a return. I gave them two stars because the numbers do correspond to their posted sizing.

The quality of the jersey seems to fit the price, the item arrived around 20 days after I ordered it. Customer service responded to my emails.

I learned a lesson. I will not make this mistake again.

PSA Do Not Shop Here! You will not receive your package for months and the customer service is horrible and rude! They only want your money and couldn’t care less about your experience! Please spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered a man's Rolex watch, got it today it is beautiful! Tracking number was confusing but received it as promised!
