SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED APRIL 12TH, 2024 BUT I DID NOT ORDER IT UNTIL DECEMBER 2ND. They will update your order periodically to try to say it's moving but in all reality your order stays in the same exact location when the order is updated. I emailed the company about it and they told me the watch was in China when on the tracking it showed it was in IL at the time. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY'RE FRAUDS. THEY TRY TO MAKE UP EVERY EXCUSE WHY MY ORDER IS RUNNING LATE AND KEEP GIVING ME NEW DELIVERY DATES. DO NOT BUY FROM KANTETE.

This place is terrible about shipping. I placed my order on 11/29 and as of today it’s still in NJ. This was going to be a Christmas gift for my son that he won’t get to open on Christmas. I’m contacting my credit card company today to get my money back. Beware.

Shipping is BS. Complete scam. Shipped out 12/3/24 and has been “sitting at usps” since the 4th miles from my home, which is total bs as it’s probably somewhere way overseas and they’re fudging the shipping labels. I’ll give it a few more days before I contact my credit card for fraud.

This is very disappointing because it was my son‘s number one gift for Christmas and now it won’t be under the tree either. I ordered it in November. Don’t trust this company .

These guys suck! Ive got a jersey sitting 2 zip codes away and now they tell me their site said if it wasnt ordered by 11/30, it wouldnt be here in time. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT A JERSEY IN AN ENVELOPE? Orderd 12/4 and its been at USPS in LA for 3 days with no movement. My son is going to be so bummed

If I could give no stars I would. Do not order from this place. Do not trust there shipping deadlines. I ordered on the day they said would be delivered by Christmas and they lied. If you order something in November, there is no reason for them to not be able to get it out and delivered by Christmas. When I emailed to check on the order their reply was rude. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Like all of the one star reviews before me, I ordered a Youth football jersey on November 28 with a 2-3 day processing time. What they don’t explain is that it takes 2 to 3 days for it to get to their third-party shipper. After that, it could take a month or longer for them to deliver the item to USPS. As of today 12/15, USPS is still awaiting the item to be shipped to me. This is very disappointing because it was my 5 year old son‘s number one gift for Christmas and now it won’t be under the tree.

Ordered an item for my grandson on 11/30/24. Said it shipped on December 2nd. Has not moved from their third party shipping site in 17 days - still sitting in New Jersey!!?? The USPS has not even received the product yet.

I have ordered a jersey on November 24th and still have not recieved it and they keep telling me it’s coming before Christmas I was very hesitate with ordering from them and sure enough I probably won’t ever get my jersey that was a Christmas present please don’t order from them I think it’s a scam.

I ordered a hoodie from Kantete on November 28, 2024. I still have not received it. I have been told numerous times my order was shipped. The tracking number i was given still shows USPS is waiting for item for shipment. I have finally asked that my order be canceled. This is the worse company i have ever delt with and I won't ever order from them again. I would have not even given them 1 star but I had to in order to write a review. I will continue to let Trust pilot know if I have not received a refund.
