Do not order from this company, they will take your money, not ship items, poor customer service via email and whatsapp.
After posting the above review based on my honest experience and requesting chargeback via my bank, the company offered me an apology, proof of refund via email and money back into my account within 48 hours. I will not be ordering in future, as I feel communication and customer service should be improved, I was left frustrated,without my goods or a refund. I am grateful the owner acknowledged the countless whatsapp messages and emails requesting an update on my order and finally provided a refund, which should have been done sooner.
