The service was fine, suit was awful !

The service was fine. Problem is the price and quality don't match . This is my second baroque suit. The material is very thin, poorly stitched and the finish is not reflected by the high price tag! The colour is also completely different !! It's a dark olive colour in reality and in the photos it's clearly shown as a light green, so it's not lighting but the incompetent and colour blind marketing and photography department 🤦🏽‍♀️! To be frank, don't waste your money just buy the material and have it made, at least that way it will fit properly and be stitched properly . I now have to have it tailored and fixed, I cannot be bothered to inform baroque as their policy is a waste of time. I won't be ordering from them again .

I have a very very bad experience with Baroque. Their customer service is the worst service I ever experienced!! They have no professional or ethical values. I have ordered an unstitched suit 3 weeks ago before eid. But it was never delivered, as promised in their webpage. So I contacted their customer service. Everyday they lied to me saying that it will get delivered. Finally they said my dress is getting stitched, while I have ordered an unstitched suit. That means they don’t read, don't even care what is the problem of the customer rather just lie! I have never seen such services in other brands like Bareeze, Maria B , sana safinaz, elaf etc! Either their brand Baroque is not professional or their employees is not professional. Such a CB pity

Terrible

Terrible, ridiculous company. Incompetent, thieves, compulsive liars.

I wonder what they are using my money for since they clearly aren't capable of offering any service.
Never going to use them again.

i am shocked to see so many reviews regarding delivery issues sadly i have just seen it now, they are horrible, they increase prices when they see an article is doing well, on top of that they dragged me for 4 weeks and then said that the item is not available anymore , wasted a month of my time i could have ordered from else where, pathetic horrible rubbish service from baroque not trustworthy at all

I wish I had seen these reviews before making an order, this supposed to be my mums birthday present and guess what it’s still not been delivered after three weeks
First of all when making a order from there ready to wear range automatically you would think it’s available, but guess what they actually not ready to wear range they do the stitching after you place an order
And when you try to contact them on watsapp they do not check your messages on time and reply back when they feel like replying back, no customer service whatsoever.

Did not expect this from such a big brand never ever making an order from them ever again such a waste of time and energy

Perfection..!

Where do I start?? I placed the order (custom stitching) that required 3-4 weeks to be made.Upon request,Baroque very kindly agreed to stitch my order within 9 days!! I have to say that Baroque didn’t upset me with my expectations …Yes there were few issues in between but the company was in regular loop of communication and taking things on board. They did a mistake but rectified it by posting my order to UK ,what else can anyone ask for? I understand that many companies let International customers down one way or the other, but I made this clear to the company that the problem needs to be rectified.I received my parcel today, stitched to ABSOLUTE perfection and OUTSTANDING quality!
Keep up the good work BAROQUE..!

Stay away from these fraudsters.I had a very disappointing experience with Baroque Pakistan. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I was told that my parcel was in the warehouse and would be shipped within 2–3 days, but I ended up waiting an entire month and it was never shipped. This kind of service is unacceptable and has left me very dissatisfied. Please do not shop from Baroque Pakistan. 0 rating from me.

I have been ordering from Baroque for some time now. Never had an issue with the clothes or delivery.

I have ordered stiched outfits and unstiched outfits. I have been really happy with the quality of the outfits!!

feels like a scam

i ordered 4 suits for my brother’s upcoming wedding. the payment was processed on my credit card without any issue. a month went by, and i had not received a shipping notification. i got nervous, as the wedding was getting closer. i contacted customer service through whatsapp, and they informed me that my order had never been processed because i did not reply to “a very important email” they sent me two days after i placed my order. i never received this email; i suspect they never sent it in the first place, because i check my email (spam as well) every day. i even specifically checked for emails from baroque and found nothing. their customer service is absolutely frustrating to deal with; they do not answer your questions properly, and it took them three whole days to resend me that important email.
i finally received this email, and it stated that our payment was held up by baroque’s bank, and they needed us to send them a photo of our credit card to verify the payment. i have never once in my life been asked to do this by someone i have purchased from online. to my knowledge, they should have received the money as soon as i clicked “pay now.” the charge was completed on my credit card. if there was an issue, shouldn’t they have checked with their bank? it all seems very very fishy.
i ended up explaining the situation to my bank and disputing the charge. i informed baroque that i would not be providing a picture of my credit card and that i would like to cancel my order. they wrote back saying that i should be expecting a refund in the next 7 to 14 business days. how in the world will they refund me if they claim they never received the payment in the first place due to their bank holding it? it doesn’t make any sense. these people feel like scammers. and their customer service is absolutely abysmal. if i had never followed up with them myself, i wonder if they would have just never sent me my order.
please do not make the same mistake i did. order from somewhere else. now i have to scramble to find different outfits for my brother’s wedding. i would give them zero stars if i could.

Fraudsters! Don’t order anything from them! They sent me something which I didn’t order and what they sent is very cheap I can’t even give it for free it’s looks pathetic took my 500 dollars.

Do not buy from this shop. I ordered 2 suits from them and they both are not as per the photo. They are completely different material and colour. They have zero customer service
When i complained they said they have never had complaints before which is so funny as there are lots of Similar complaints on here. There is no refund and exhange with these guys! Wasted money. As the suits are awful and looks cheap and nasty
Will definitely not be ordering from these guys ever.

I would rate this website with 0 star if I could. I ordered an expensive outfit from there website and received the delivery with in one month. However the product delivered was very different to what was advertised online. In terms of colour design, embroidery and embellished and design of the dress and fabric. I showed pictures and gave detailed descriptions to highlight all the discrepancies. I have not heard back from them. I have asked for a partial refund as this is fair. They have ignored all my emails. I did a big order with my family we ordered 5 dresses from all with the same issue. They have not attempted to resolve the issue. Poor customer service poor communication.

Horrible Customer Service

Wish I could give it a minus! Please please read the reviews before ordering I wish I did! Disgusting customer service. I’m from the UK but ordered for local delivery over a week ago as my Dad went to PK, no response on email or whatsapp regarding shipping. They said it would be shipped within a week. My dad called them in PK and they have told him 2 outfits are out of stock? I received no email or communication about this. To think it’s such a “big brand” no wonder it’s gone downhill. Do NOT order from here and save your money! Shame on this company. It needs closing down overall.

I had a very disappointing experience with Barouq. I placed an order for a dress on April 11th through their online store and paid by credit card. After 10 days of regular follow-ups with no updates, I was finally told—only when I called—that my outfit was out of stock and my order had been cancelled.

What’s frustrating is that I was never informed about this via email or any other form of communication. It’s extremely nonprofessional to keep a customer in the dark like that. Even worse, as of now, I still haven’t received a refund.

Very poor service and lack of communication. I expected better.

These guys are fraud

These guys are fraud. Save yourselves. My wife ordered suit and they sent damaged suit. When contacted they said to sent back the suit and they will refund money. We sent the suit via priority mail with confirmed receipt. They never refunded the money. Stay away from these fraudsters.

Very pleased

After reading all the negative reviews I was really worried about not getting my suit or the quality. But I’m happy to say that I am so pleased with both.

The suit I ordered came within 3 weeks (the website said it will take 5 weeks) and the quality is excellent and looks just as stunning as the picture in real life.

I’m sorry to hear people have had negative experiences, but I personally am happy with the service I received.
