Never received order, tryint to reach out support never text me back

The package was never delivered and the customer service didn’t reply after many emails I sent.I never took my money back and I am currently taking legal action. Worst experience ever.

The quality of the T-shirts and the prints are beyond bad.
The sizes run super big and half of the order was missing.
The customer service does not reply.
HORRIBLE!

War sehr besorgt über die schlechten Bewertungen, vorallem da ich sie erst nach dem Kauf geshen habe. Ich muss allerdings sagen das ich komplett zufrieden mit dem Shirt bin. Die Lieferung dauerte mit 7 Tagen zwar ein bisschen aber das Produkt an sich ist zufriedenstellend.

Nach etwa einer Woche wurde die Ware losgeschickt. Hatte zu dem zeitpunkt schon eine email geschrieben, dass ich die Kleidung zügig oder gar nicht bräuchte. 2 sogar. Keine Antwort. Kam dann nach insgesamt 10 Tagen bei mir an und muss sagen die Bewertungen stimmen leider. Ich muss sagen für den Betrag habe ich ein heavy shirt erwartet, es fühlt sich aber wie ein beliebiges fruit of the loom an. Der Druck ist auch ganz komisch kratzig irgendwie und an ein paar Stellen ausgelaufen. Bin am überlegen ob ich mir das Geld zurückhole….

Sinceramente non ho riscontrato nessuno dei problemi evidenziati nelle recensioni.
Maglia con scritta perfetta (come descrizione e foto), arrivata in 8 giorni, non mi ha dato alcun tipo di problema.
Vero che non ha targhetta ma non mi sembra un difetto eccessivo. Tutto perfetto

I bought a T-shirt on your site on december 18, and until now "30/01/2026" we didn't receive any update. No one answers the emails. I really don't know what to do.

Poor print and tshirt quality. Clothes came with no tags, which negatively surprised me. The color of print and the framing was also off.

Its really good.
the fit is matching the description but the print is not exactly like it looks on the pictures but all in all it’s pretty good

Prodotto di qualità molto scadente e non conforme alla descrizione (non 100% cotone, tessuto trasparente, fit diverso).
L’assistenza non risponde alle mail e non è possibile ottenere un reso.

Good quality, very nice design

As you can see in other reviews, the quality of the clothes is very poor and when you try to contact them for a refund they just ignored you, no matter how many e-mails you send them.

Advice: Do not buy in this Shop

The quality of the Shirts is really bad, like scratch paper. When I wanted to return it, I wrote them a mail 3 times and they didn't answer, even though I threatened to contact the European Consumer Center (ECC). They are not a trustworthy company. Additionally their address is also fake. You can see this yourself, when searching it on Google Maps. It's a shattered building in a questionable neighbourhood.

So, I would advise not to buy any Shirt from kanyesdiary.com, as tempting it is. It is not worth it.

The item does not match the product photos displayed on your website.
The text on the actual product is much smaller, the layout is off, and the overall print quality appears poor and uneven. This makes the shirt look significantly cheaper and does not reflect what I paid for.

Bestelling goed aangekomen, kwaliteit was echt goed, meerdere keren besteld altijd gewoon binnen 1,5/2 weken binnen dat was dan het maximale , al met al een goeie website

Scam!! They never let u return ur stuff. And the customer service never replies.
