En ce qui me concerne super, je suis hyper contente des trois t-shirts. Ils font leur effet avec un imprimé original. Il faut s'attendre à une livraison. Un petit peu longue en France en tout cas mais sinon rien à dire c'est génial.

Never ever order from them! Quality is terrible! Customer service even more so. They claim to be in the US and a US company’s. It’s not. It’s pure China. Their return policy states that Returns are accepted for eligible products when you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item. I simply did not want the item and their response/answer was: “ we would like to clarify that we do not currently offer returns for change-of-mind requests unless the item is damaged or defective”. Don’t trust them. They take your money and send you terrible things. Don’t trust their lovely insta or page and definitely never order from them. Instead, have them made elsewhere if you really like their ideas.

I truly had a good experience with them. I’ve placed 3 separate orders. It does take a little bit to get the package, but not everything can be as fast as Amazon overnight. The quality of the t-shirt fabric is like any other generic t-shirt fabric - nothing fancy, but also not thin and see through. Any time I wear one of my shirts, I get a handful of compliments/jokes about it.

Commande passée le 4 août (#FLTRS2714655) et nous sommes le 17 août : toujours aucune nouvelle.

L’application affiche simplement “Waiting for details”, sans aucune information permettant de savoir si ma commande a été expédiée ou même préparée. Aucun numéro de suivi, aucune date de livraison estimée, rien.

J’ai également contacté le service client par mail pour savoir où en était ma commande et je n’ai, à ce jour, reçu aucune réponse.

Je peux parfaitement comprendre qu’une livraison prenne du retard, mais rester près de deux semaines sans la moindre information et sans réponse du service client est franchement décevant.

It is a horrible tshirt quality and sizing even worse. I sent them an email for return but they are still send me this for review. Here is my review, i wont ever never order anything from them as they have the most bad quality on a thisrt i have ever seen.

My experience with this company was awful! They do dropshipping from China, with terrible quality t-shirts. If you request a return, they tell you to your face that the return shipping will be very expensive, trying to make you give up on returning it. They don't answer any emails, they don't send any return tracking number to prove it, they only send you the address to send it back to, making you pay the costs yourself. They treat you badly and even delete all the negative comments you make on their Instagram posts to prevent others from seeing them!

Responding to the false reply you gave:
you're saying this here, but you haven't even replied to my email yet, much less offered any solution other than charging for an extremely expensive shipment to send the shirt back I have proof that none of my emails were answered and that all my comments were deleted.

I ordered three T-shirts from NOFLTRS (Order #FLTRS2711052). Unfortunately, the products I received did not match the quality shown on the website.
The print quality was poor. One shirt had patchy, uneven red printing, while another had blurry text with soft, indistinct edges. Overall, the products looked significantly lower in quality than advertised.
I contacted customer support immediately and requested a return and a full refund. Since then, I have sent the same photos documenting the defects five separate times. The latest email included nine JPEG images. I also CC'd myself and confirmed that all attachments were present, could be opened, and downloaded without any issues.
Despite this, customer support repeatedly claimed they were unable to access the attachments and continued asking me to send the photos again. After multiple emails over more than a week, I still had not received a prepaid return label or a satisfactory resolution.
I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly with the company before writing this review.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend NOFLTRS.

It’s been 17 days since i placed the order but still no any updates no one send my t-shirt if i knew it will take that long i wasn’t not place the order…
I also did not get the track id but i have to declare the t-shirt in my customs
The 17 days to get the 1 track id or package to send is too long for me

Order not received and no tracking information available

I placed an online order in mid-July, but when I try to check it on the tracking page provided by the company, no information appears.

I contacted customer service to ask for clarification, but they simply told me that the carrier had marked the package as delivered and advised me to check with my neighbors, mailbox, reception desk, and other possible delivery locations.

I have checked all of these places and the package has not been received. I have also not been provided with the carrier’s name, a tracking number, the delivery date, or any proof of delivery.

At this point, I am still waiting for the company to properly investigate what happened and provide a solution. I will update this review depending on how the issue is handled.

Perfect fabric quality, stylish print, well-fitting shape. What else to wish from a t-shirt?) I’m satisfied and recommend it to buy

I can’t work out how to reply to the previous review and it won’t let me post my email but the order number is FLTRS278176 - please provide return details and a refund - it was ordered on 13/07

Terrible company.
T-shirt is way smaller that advertised so the oversized look is false. The print of letters on the back is poor quality and looks cheap.
After spending £31 on the t-shirt and shipping I was not impressed and requested a refund on 25th July 2026.
On 26th July 2026 I got the response:
“Thank you for your email.
We're sorry to hear that your previous email was returned.
We'd be happy to assist you with your return request. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with our return policy.
If you would like to proceed with the return, please let us know, and we'll provide you with our designated return address and return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Kind regards,
Hannah”

I emailed back the same day to say I wanted to proceed with a refund.
It is now a week later and I have heard nothing from them. I have messaged a further 2 times to ask for a return address and have been ignored.
Reading these other reviews it sounds like a scam. I would avoid at all costs!

I first received and email from Hannah stating they would offer me a 50% refund and I could keep the item and would I consider modifying my Trustpilot review.

I said no and I wanted a full a refund.

I then received this from ‘Sherry’:

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT SCAM!! They send you items that are not what are shown in their photos and adverts and then you’re required to compete internationally shipping to get your money back. Items priced at just enough to warrant a return (£31) but not enough to warrant sending it internationally to get your money back as postage is about (£20). They know what they are doing and it’s so so wrong! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order, didn’t receive an order number and then proceeded to write an email that hasn’t been replied to or acknowledged. Praying I hear back from them but it’s not looking hopeful.

I bought 3 T-shirts from their sale this evening that is currently running, and I paid for them, but their website tells me that my card was declined. However, I can see that the money has been withdrawn from my account, but there is no transaction showing. It seems extremely suspicious, and I would definitely not recommend taking the risk of ordering anything from there.🙄

Disappointing quality on the print AND the material. It also came in dirty. They wouldn’t reimburse even though it is written on their website that you can return items at no additional costs.
Don’t buy from them!!!

Ordered last week and still haven’t heard anything on delivery, emailed twice and no response and when I log in to shop to track it says cannot view order

Franchement, magnifique t-shirt. Je reçois toujours des compliments quand je le porte et il reflète parfaitement mon côté humoristique. Les filles adorent les t-shirts de cette marque Nofltrs que je porte, et ça lance souvent des conversations dans une ambiance fun.

La qualité est au rendez-vous, le service est excellent et la livraison a été rapide. Honnêtement, rien à redire 10/10

I received my order for three t-shirts, delivery was about a week from my order date. The shirts are great quality and look just as advertised soft cotton and great fit. Will definitely order again!
