Been having problems with my upper amd lower back so thought I'd try out dry cupping as was recommended to this company k.a sports therapy. Got in touch spoke to ka cie very professional and very knowledgeable on what would be best for me. Turnt up early and had the session and I feel really good feel like alot of stress pressure has been lifted and the stiffness and pain I was getting is so mild now. Definitely going to be booking again for my legs and a massage also. Awesome service very polite professional and Overall 10/10 thank you ka-cie

Ka-Cie is an absolute professional in his field and he is knowledgeable about sports science - he explained to me how strain on different body parts affects the back which was really helpful. He applies optimum pressure and prioritises his clients needs throughout his session.

Ka-Cie was great, he listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one as best as he could with the time we had.

I booked in with K.A as I was experiencing tightness, muscle soreness and lower back pain . A professional and quality service, Kacie was able to effectively target, release and manipulate the knots. Immediately after I could feel the difference and was more flexible and less tight which improved my mobility and flexibility. I would recommend Kacie for all your sport massage needs, he was easy to communicate with and offers a wide range of services and is flexible with bookings.

Very professional & high quality massage, listened to where I felt I was feeling the most pain and tension then tackled that accordingly. Very accommodating environment allowing me to choose the choice of background music and provided very helpful recommendations of aftercare going forward.

I had my first ever sports massage with K. A. Sports Therapy and I can’t recommend it enough! I work long hours and my body had so much tension in it. After the massage I have never felt better! As it was my first sports massage I felt quite nervous, however the atmosphere and company soon made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend getting a sports massage, it isn’t relaxing but the release of tension made me feel weightless after!
I will definitely be back soon!

Kacie came round due to my partner having severe back pain, being fully mobile was a huge advantage as her walking and trying to get in a car was nearly impossible. He showed true professionalism, explaining everything and the best course of treatment for her, making us feel at ease in all he was doing . For the first time in 10 days she walked up right and with no walking aids, booked for the next session already. A true professional and above outstanding quality and service. Thank you again kacie.

Kacie's treatments always leave me feeling way lighter! He is profesional, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my sports or swedish massage or dry cupping. Kacie always goes that extra mile to check in with you that evening or next day to see how your feeling after the treatment you have had. I really appricate that particular part because it makes it a bit more personal which tells me that Kacie cares about his clients and wants to know hes done a good job.
