I use the zx10 inflamalief and wow. I can’t believe how good it is. I suffer with mouth ulcers as well as general aches and pains and putting this directly on to them is painful but the next morning, all the pain has gone. I was using the cream but the drops are so much better as it goes into the whole system. Can’t thank the makers enough

I work for the NHS so our backs are unforgiving at times!
Each one of us tested the creams on our backs and it is the best pain relief cream we’ve used.
One of our girls has been off for 3 weeks due to a back injury and she said the cream alone has beaten any pain medication or cram prescribed by doctors.
A little goes a longgg way so we won’t run out any time soon but will definitely be a repurchase once it has ran out.

Why I chose to use Inflamalief?

I have played football at various levels, entering my latter years of playing the game/ I have recently overcome a major injury which was a Double Meniscus and ACL Tear. Following this, I had intensive rehab for around 14 months before returning to playing. Following my return, I was still getting a niggling issue in my knee, which was causing discomfort but after seeing the surgeon again, he said it could just be the scar tissue still strengthening following the surgery. After doing my own research, I came to terms with this might be the case. However, I wanted to continue my return to playing as I was in the final months of a selection period for the Deaf World Cup in Malaysia, so I wanted to get myself in the best shape possible.

How did I find out about the cream?

After consulting with my mum (who had severe difficulty with her mobility due to pain caused by her treatment for cancer) suggested I gave it a go. I was due to fly out to Poland, to play in the Deaf Champions League. There was no better place to try it, 5 games in 7/8 days.

How did the cream help me?

After applying the cream to my, previously injured, knee; I played a full 90 minutes without any niggling sensation or issue in my knee, and usually after a game I had been feeling a slight level of pain which was inexistent. Given that I had just played my first full 90, niggling/pain free, I had only changed one thing in my preparation, and that was applying this cream. I then applied the next morning to ease the “morning after” type niggles of getting ‘old’ in sporting terms and it helped with speeding up my recovery/aiding muscle soreness.

Following the intensity of the tournament, I was hit with a few compensation injuries from my knee surgery (torn calf, hamstring/glute tendonopathy). This cream helped me in the process of rehabilitating said injuries, in the final build up to being selected for Malaysia. It become a staple piece of my pre match routine, and hasn’t half helped my pre-match prep, performance during the match, and also post-matcb recovery! The longevity of the cream is phenomenal!

What is my view on the cream?

As mentioned, the longevity and effectiveness of the cream, is phenomenal! You supply the smallest amount, that doesn’t need to be “rubbed in”, I would advise you wear it something that helped soak it in (cycling shorts, socks etc. depending on area of application) this helps with the longevity of the cream, blows any other like-for-like product out the water. For context, I have reworn my ‘shinpad socks’ a week or so later for another game, and the cream has reactivated within the sweat that has drawn it out of the sock. The effectiveness, and pain relief is frightening! It has eased and supported my performance in more ways than one!

To give some context around the effectiveness of the pain relief element, I recommended to a friend of mine who I play for England Deaf with. He suffers with arthritis in both of his knees but wishes to continue to be able to play at the highest level possible. He hadn’t been able to complete a full 90 minutes for some time. However, when he tried zx10, for the first time in a long time, he said he felt he could sprint again. The sensation around his knees was like no other. He hasn’t looked back since, and has swapped zx10 into his bag over the product he was using prior.

I also want to add the amazing production side of it, where there is no unnecessary chemicals being used which helps myself as an athlete, be able to use a product without having to worry about the potential repercussions from a doping perspective.

Bought this for my husbands lower back pain which helped with his recovery this has also been a godsend for knees I apply this before a run and has worked wonders.

I suffer from retrolithesis, and so my back is never great anyway, then last year I bent down to pick a bag up, my back totally went, the pain was incredible.
