***SCAM ***,Made a one-time purchase and was enrolled in a recurring subscription without my consent. This kind of tactic is deliberately misleading and feels like a scam. When you try to go on their website you cant get access, you can only get access via a secure link they have to send you to your email, and then there's an option to unsubscribe, not that I even Subscribed in the first place ** SCAM*,

I made a one-time purchase on their website, only to find out afterwards that I was automatically signed up for a subscription I never agreed to. This kind of practice feels very misleading and unfair to customers.

I have cancelled the subscription and also asked for my last order to be cancelled immediately, but I am very disappointed that this happened in the first place. A company should be clear and transparent in the way they sell their products, and not trap customers into ongoing payments they did not consent to.

I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering here.

Had the same experience with the rest of the 1-star clients. Ordered a buy-one-get-one-free lipstick for approx 21euros and received a shitty lipstick which is also sold on temu for 1.50euros. Luckily, the unauthorised subscription payment didn't go through, and I was able to cancel it easily.

They send 2 lip stains to me every month charging me £18 a month and have no way to cancel or refund

When I contacted customer service, I was given contradictory information — first told I’d be refunded for shipping, then later told that was a mistake and it’s non-refundable. No accountability, no real resolution, just a runaround.

This company uses shady practices and backs it up with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs — they are not to be trusted.

STAY AWAY.. placed an order for the lip liner and received a discount, only later did I found out I was automatically entered into a subscription I did not want. No language about the subscription was ever presented nor on my order confirmation. After finally figuring out how to cancel, they shipped me another order after cancelation and charged me again! STAY AWAY

Do not trust this company. Product is nothing like those advertised and they use your details to set up subscriptions. Total scam company

Never agreed to a subscription and yet they are charging me every month.

Like many other people on here, I placed ONE order with Kassaria and received a (rubbish) lipstick from them. The following month, the same lipstick arrived again and they took money out of my bank account again. I presumed this was just a mistake, so I contacted their Customer Services. They claimed I had signed up to a "subscription" to receive the same lipstick every month forever. They refused to provide a returns label for me to send the second lipstick back for a refund. I am now having to go through disputing the transaction via my bank. A total scam and the lipstick is also rubbish.

I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. The customer service is horrendous, they trick you into a Buy 1 get one free which is smoke and mirrors to sign you up for an unauthorized subscription. They do not honor their return policy for missed shipments and literally argued through 39 iterations trying to solve the order issue (first trial product never came and then they inundated me with unauthorized subscription). On top of that, I finally tried the product and it is AWFUL.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! It’s a big scam. They will withdrawal money from you every month even though you do not have a monthly subscription with them.

I accidentically subscibed to a monthly delivery and made a cancellation. Everything was arranged within a few days. My one time order was delivered perfectly.

Fraudulent company, don’t buy anything here, they keep charging you every month. I have reported this to consumer authorities

Don’t order there. It is a scam.
I did a one time order and I ended up with a monthly subscription of lipsticks. I am not able to get on the website of the company anymore.

They keep sending me the awfull lip tatoo I ordered it once and now my 3rd delivery AND Bill is on its Way i did NOT order or agree to any “keep em coming” agreement. STOP SENDING ME YOUR CRAP!

bought product once and now they continue to send me products, Also the product was not what was advertised-- Scam alert! no website all the sudden and no way to contact them.
