The team at kassaria are helpful, the product is exactly correct and set with the proper expectations. Only thing is delivery times are too long (+1 month) but can’t blame that solely on the company, be careful with the tracking page that sometimes has scammer bait. I would recommend Kassaria products to friends and family :)

Man schließt automatisch ein Abo (Subscribtion) ab, sodass man seine Bestellung jeden Monat neu geschickt bekommen würde.
Die Marke macht viel Werbung auf Instagram, einen authentischen Account haben sie dort aber nicht. Bereits ein schlechtes Zeichen.
Ich habe zudem die falsche Farbe geliefert bekommen. Bin gespannt, ob sich überhaupt jemand um meine Beschwerde-Mail und Löschung der Daten kümmert.

Man wartet erstens Wochen, bis das Produkt von China überhaupt losgeschickt wird und dann merkt man, man hat unwissentlich eine Abo abgeschlossen! Betrug

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY AUTOMATICALLY PUT YOU INTO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT YOU HAVENT SIGNED UP FOR.

I ordered the product after seeing on Instagram (the Billie Eilish video) - it was buy 1 get one free so I thought I'd try. The product arrived and although I was disappointed that it wasn't the one I thought I was buying, after trying it's not actually too bad. However, today I was charged again - different order number. I have contacted PayPal who confirmed that a recurring payment was set up without my knowledge (now cancelled). Very dodgy. Be careful !

Set me up for a subscription without my consent, I sent an email and was refunded the first time, but then charged again the next month. Definitely a scam do not purchase from this company.

Ordered goods from instagram never arrived despite confirming order delivered, tried to contact them no response, after logging into account turns out they set me up on a monthly subscription without my knowledge cancelled it. Got concerned so reported them to my bank as a scam stopped card to be on safe side. Feel foolish I let this happen. Should be barred from social media I’ve seen this advertised everywhere . Kassaria.com - Unauthorized Billing and Subscription Scam

⚠️ Type of Scam

This is a stealth subscription scam (also called negative option billing).
They secretly enroll you into recurring charges without your knowledge or consent.

What’s happening:
• Kassaria claims there is a “20% off subscription” button at checkout.
• That button does not exist. There is no option to subscribe, no disclosure, and no confirmation email.
• Exactly 1 month after your initial order, Kassaria uses your stored credit card information to bill you again, pretending you signed up for a subscription that you never authorized.
• They will insist you subscribed and even send a fabricated screenshot of a “subscribe” button that isn’t actually on their site. There is also a fabricated image of a 4/5 trustpilot logo on their website. The true trustpilot score is 1/5 stars.
• They offer to cancel and refund, but only if you return the item to China. Shipping costs exceed the refund, leaving you at a loss.
• If you don’t watch your bank statements closely, they will continue billing you monthly

I made an order and had to follow up a month later as the 'dispatched item' had been sitting in the same place for a month. I emailed and they got back to me a couple days later saying it was stuck, and low and behold, I received the product a couple days later, albeit from China and not the Kassaria that is mentioned all over their sponsored IG posts.
Once again I emailed them enquiring perhaps they sent the wrong product, however they replied, "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent order. I sincerely apologize for the mix-up you experienced with the product you received.

To confirm, the order you placed is indeed valid and was processed through our system. Unfortunately, it appears there was a manufacturing error, and you received an item labeled as Olibolla instead of Kassaria. I want to assure you that the product is ours; only the packaging has been mixed up. We are actively addressing this issue with our manufacturer to prevent it from happening in the future."
Quite honestly, after reading all the reviews here (that were not here when I made the order) it's quite concerning and I don't believe is the product/brand they claim to be.
Alas, the stain doesn't even work! It rubs off immediately!
I've seen quite a number of reviews mention the unexpected double charges that have occurred which is equally concerning and have proactively blocked this merchant on bank so no further charges will occur - I suggest those affected do the same.

I’d give negative if possible. Used advertising materials from a legit company to promote their product. What received was quite different. After contacting them I’ve exchanged more than a dozen emails seeking resolution, to no avail. I kept getting patronisingly worded “sorry for confusion…understand your frustration..” each email said something different to previous ones, then doubled back, creating confusion and time wasting. Seems they genuinely want to simply exhaust me into giving up. Awful, awful, awful. I’ve never done a review before but this must be outed. Save yourself money but moreover, your time and patience, I’ll be publicising this wherever I can to save others from this company. I’ve reported them via instagram account.

This is a SCAM, a subscription with little to no disclaimer - based on number of people who have fell for it. The product itself is not great, didn't last for even an hour on me, it does rub and can move unless it's a night out and you're not eating or drinking (unless from a straw). It is a drying product, so it takes moisture out and requires all the prep and lip gloss maintenance while you have it on.

It is not OK to automatically process payment without additional steps for confirmation. Especially proven their 'subscription' advertisement during payment is not clear.

I don't recommend this product or company. Benefit Cosmetics Tint is a better product, in my opinion.

This company is a scam.

First, the products I received were completely different from the ones that were advertised. They came from China as well so am concerned about the ingredients used.

Then, they charged me 2 weeks later for the same order, pretending that I'd subscribed to a monthly subscription (when I had reached out beforehand to complain and ask for a return).

Finally, they made me pay for a return label which wasn't valid. The Royal Mail asked me to pay more than what I'd originally paid for the postage for my parcel to reach its destination.

The whole thing is a scam. Stay away!

We wanted to try the lip liner/lip stain. At checkout we un-clicked the subscription box. We only wanted to try the product and absolutely did not need or want more, but exactly one month after our original order was placed (after we had tried the product and found it very drying to our lips and so took it as a loss and threw it away) Kassaria sent us an unsolicited shipping confirmation email at 1:44am - and is sending us MORE product, and charged our card without permission! Asked twice for a reversal but got a cut/paste reply. THIS IS FRAUD.

Ordered this product via Instragram, NO mention of subscription during the ordering process, no subscription email. Received goods and was charged in June. Have just received an email about the same product and another charge, a month later. I have made no further purchases. Emailed customer service to cancel order. What did I do?:

- My bank put a block on the company for any future purchases.
- I logged onto Kassaria website and cancelled the subscription I never knowingly signed up for.
- I contacted them to remove all data about me.

Be aware, any attempt to get a refund is futile as the return address given is in Los Angeles. They also don't offer refunds if you refuse delivery. Such an unethical way to run a business by duping customers into subscriptions.

[UPDATE 4th AUG 2025]
Six days after updating this post. I received an email from Royal Mail saying "your parcel from CAINIAO" is on its way. I DID NOT order anything and payment of £47.99 has been taken UNAUTHORISED from my account. Bank notificed, card cancelled. Parcel arrived and its the same product. Highly suspicious that this 'company/scammers' used my card details. BEWARE!!!

Did not authorize subscription. One month after purchase, received an email that my next order was received and sent. Complained to customer service that day. They responded that I received a subscription email after initial purchase and they could not refund. And copied their refund policy from their website. I was never notified of a subscription nor did I receive a subscription email. BUYER BEWARE! Unethical business practices. Purchase elsewhere.

This company is a scam. First of all, the lip stainer does not stay at all. Second, they suscribe you to monthly orders without telling you so they make an order and charge your card a month later when you did not expect.

Exactly the same as all other reviews on here which weren't here when I went to buy a month or so ago! They will take money without permission. Is not clear this is a subscription!!! Do not buy!

you get your product, but without asking / telling you they keep your payment details and send you the same product the next month and automatically take another payment!!!!! I didn't agree to this being a subscription!??

Don’t buy! China scam. I ordered once, 1 month later they charge me again without order from me. Shame on you! This is embarassing.

Complete scam. I placed one order and ended up with a monthly subscription, without my consent or my knowledge. I found out because they charged my bank account again, one month later. It's quite embarrasing that a company feels the need to use such shady and unethical marketing strategies.
