I bought my deba filleting knife from Kataba.
First of all, the delivery was super fast and the knife is definitely going to last my entire career as a Sushi Chef.
Very beautiful craftsmanship from all the components artisans.
Love the octagonal magnolia wood handle and of course the beautiful shirogami soft cladded blade.
The saya just makes this knife even extra special.
The most beautiful kitchen equipment I've ever purchased.

Great product, good value, quick delivery
I ordered a santoku knife, which arrived quickly, seems very well made (plus looks fantastic), and is extremely sharp. Good value from Kataba - I'll certainly keep them in mind for future purchases.

Third time I'm placing an order with them, amazing knifes and great customer service. I've placed ad order twice and they immediately call me back to make sure that wasn't a mistake and refunded it, I've also always got the deliveries earlier than expected.
