Katalyst Health

very helpful, no need to wait ,just taje 5 minutes for the PCR test if you go there on time. There PCR test is efficient for the plane requirement.

Booked next day test. Done on site (Covent Garden). Supposed to receive results by midnight next day.

Did not received anything. Emailed customer service per instructions. A week later and still no response. So as it currently stands they've defrauded me out of £40.

I was receiving confirmation emails of appointments so mitigated any of that excuse.

If you want to travel. Use someone else.

I tried to walk-in but I was told they do not accept. I need to do online registration on site though the staff is helpful. On their web site there is no information about free one hour parking, no phone can enquire about the centre I was visiting. I parked in another carpark to walk there. Except for this administrative procedures, Otherwise, service there is good.

Staffs are helpful and nice. The PCR test is gently done so fantastic all-round.

Receptionist was very kind and I was able to check it smoothly.

I was very happy to find Katalyst health for my covid test to travel, situated centrally in Covent Garden, very friendly and professional, best price, reassured me, results emailed within hours and all fine for travelling to Spain, I’ve returned now but will definitely use this service for future travels

Quick and simple test with quick result, no waiting beforehand.

Very nice and kind people! Goes super fast

Fast and conveniently near airport

Easy to book and I got result in 3 hrs, suit for rush time.

Convenient location. Friendly polite staff who even printed our letter before we left. Easy parking and somewhere to have a coffee. Would certainly recommend.

Good job. Kind and professional staff. Result quickly delivered by e-mail. I am very satisfied by the job.

Easy access, quick test, reasonable price, and kind communication. The clinic is a part of health training facility, and very clean. Thank you.

Very quick process and git results back within 2 hours. Though if using online form you have to scroll back to your date if birth. .if as old as me it takes some time! Overall very pleased with the whole process.
