I so wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Absolute shite! Took ages to be delivered as they ship from China. Stink of cheap plastic. Don't fit. Don't look like the item advertised. Been back and forth in relation. Need to check out the costs to post back. Looking like a rip off and waste of money

Avoid at all cost! Scam website. They don't even have a proper return policy. People can't return the items in the UK. The least you can pay for shipping back the item in China is £35+. Item was 3 weeks late and very very poor quality.

WHAT A SCAM! DON'T BE DECEIVED.

Wow what a sham of a company!! So cross with myself for not checking Trustpilot reviews & believing the insta pop up of too good to be true gorgeous bargain shoes....The reality was product equal to cost (that took 4 weeks to arrive,.. red flag.,) plus size so wrong... looked to return to receive an email to return to a 10 line address in China!!! What a surprise- SCAMMED MUCH. I hope you have read these reviews before falling into the trap of this abhorrent excuse of a company.

I wish there was a Zero Star rating as this Company is a complete scam!! They are based in China, not London as their name suggests. The products are terrible quality and when I tried to return they said I have to send them to an obscure address in China at my own expense.
Luckily I paid on credit card and raised a dispute and received my money back in full…. But please avoid this and don’t buy from them in the 1st place!!

Sizing is totally off, the material looks cheap and nasty.
Return to china will cost a fortune and don't trust them to process a refund.

Absolute SCAM. I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews. Arrived in a plastic bag, Cheap and tacky, nothing like the images. After several emails finally managed to obtain a return address in China. Post master at the post office advised me not to bother (£33 postage 😳). The quality is so poor I didn’t even want to give them away!! Lesson learnt!!

Do not buy ANYTHING from this website. It advertises as though it’s London based and claims to have a ‘seamless’ return policy which involves you sending your item back to China at your own cost. But they only tell you this AFTER you’ve received your order 3 - 4 weeks later. Their policies seem to be non-existent on the site. The quality is also rubbish and they smell really strongly of glue. Please AVOID!

Scam - shoes were very cheap material - smelt of chemicals - return process impossible (at your own cost back to China)- avoid … wish I’d checked here first 😩

Poor quality shoes, shipped from China in a plastic bag. Took over 4 weeks.
Apparently I am now liable for all return costs including shipping, custom, import, admin and clearance charges!

Gutted I didn’t look here and read these reviews first! Yep total scam, took weeks to arrive (tracked it from china not London!) shoes arrived in a plastic bag - no box, no brand, poor quality. Labelled a size 3 but easily a 4. £60 wasted!

Omg waited 3 weeks for delivery and the products I received are so bad the dress looks nothing like the picture poor material and it stinks . It’s cane in packing like shein. They advertise from a boutique in London. It’s shit from china it’s just awful avoid this company you are throwing ur money down the drain it poor quality and not as described. They are scammers

I can’t believe I made such an impulse buy. What a waste of money. They looked like real leather but they are cheap plastic I would have been better off getting something from shein. They didn’t even arrive in a box! From looking at the other reviews it would cost me even more to send them back to china!! Please don’t waste your money like I did

I ordered these shoes believing they were from UK, they are from China. Took ages to come, they are very very poor quality. They do not fit and to send back you have to send to china using a tracking system which costs a fortune. They will not give the money back even though one pair is too small and one pair will s faulty. Do not touch this company

Took ages to arrive, shoes not in box to protect them. Sent wrong size and too costly to return. Total rip off

I am cross with myself that I didn’t do my research before ordering from Kate and Peter London! This is a Chinese company took ages to arrive and then when they did, clearly not branded shoes and not packaged properly, really shoddy quality nothing like the photos! To add insult to injury they sent the wrong size and expect me to pay to send them back. Numerous emails not convinced it’s not a robot I’m communicating with! Only saving grace is I used my credit card I’ve now registered a claim so hopefully I should get a refund, feel like this would be one over on this scamming website!!

Goods took longer than expected money taken straight away Return address a cargo company advised me this is a scam UK then after to ing and growing I was asked what was the reason for my return then came back I had to send goods back to an address in China but had to be done within 2 weeks of purchase when buying I had 30 days - never again i am getting in touch with my credit card company and I can show paper trail

Website with picture with shop in London saying run my husband and wife. It's not. Sending poor quality items from China. If you don't like you have to send back to China paying the expensive postage if over £25. The site is set up to totally make you think it's UK and even says free UK postage.

Appalling fraudulent scam of a company, which I urge you to avoid at all costs. They’ve set up a website that appears at first glance to be UK based, which they push via sponsored social media posts. Shoes arrived wrapped in plastic (and made of plastic), with no tags, no return label, cheaply made, and stinking of chemicals. Refunds are only considered once the shoes have been sent back to China at the customer’s expense, which I’m obviously not falling for. Do not spend money on them (see also Edith and Mae York - another scam company selling the exact same shit shoes)

What a scam wish I had read the reviews first😡I ordered 2 pair took 3 weeks to arrive,I’ve not even bothered trying them on they are both cheap and nasty no way would I wear them.Not in shoes box’s which you would expect both pairs in one plastic bag.I thought the company was in London no where did I read they would come from China the advert should be taken down.I’m going to the post office tomorrow to see how much to return wish me luck.Further to my review been to the post office to return them and it will cost nearly £40.So I’m now nearly £80 out of pocket.Disgusting company how do these people sleep at night😡
