I had a great experience with KBM Training. They provide excellent service and strong practical knowledge of UK accounting software, helping students become job-ready. Jatin is highly knowledgeable and supportive.

It has been over a year, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. There has been no genuine effort and intention to resolve this issue. They continue to hold money that does not belong to them, which is completely unacceptable.

KBM training by Jatin Kumar was a great experience. The sessions were clear, practical, and easy to follow. He explains concepts in a simple way and focuses on real-world applications. Overall, it’s very helpful and worth recommending.

KBM helped me gain accounting knowledge and I really enjoyed the practical training, staff are positive and kind all times I recommend this.

I enrolled with KBM Training in May 2025 and paid the full course fee of £800 on time. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I had to travel back to India and could not continue the course.

Before leaving, I only attended one induction class face-to-face class in Barking. My experience in the class was disappointing because the teacher appeared to be on her phone most of the time and came across as rude and unprofessional.

After deciding that I would not continue the course, I contacted KBM Training and asked if it would be possible to receive a refund since I had barely attended any classes. However, they refused to return any of my money.

I feel very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Paying £800 for almost no training and receiving no support or refund has been frustrating. I would advise others to carefully review the terms and conditions before enrolling and they force me complete the course they can give extension till December 2026 but they refused to give my hard earn money i m struggling to get refund from them over a year now Think before enrolling with them .

I couldn't find a job after university graduating because I had no experience. Wakas Yaqoob convinced me to trust KBM, and it was the best decision I ever made. I got a job within a month of finishing! The payment is nothing compared to the results—it truly changes your life. Now I’m back to study Financial Accounting Training ( Final account prearation), and Noman has been so kind and helpful with a discount. God bless them both for their honest advice and support.

They just make you watch videos that were made like a decade ago and the videos have bad sound quality. They also hire interns to teach the students so you will not interact with any professionals working in accounting.

I completed AAT Level 4 with work experience at KBM and found their support to be excellent throughout the course. The lecturer was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, which made learning much easier and more enjoyable. The combination of theory and hands-on training was extremely valuable and played a key role in helping me secure my dream job. Overall, the experience was highly professional and rewarding.

I came to the country with no background in accounting, and KBM guided me every step of the way. They advised me to start with bookkeeping, which proved to be the right foundation for me. Through the programme, I completed practical work experience, AAT Level 2, and hands-on training in Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll. The training sequence was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow, which made the learning process smooth and confidence-building. I truly appreciated the guidance and support throughout my journey.

As a part-qualified ACCA student I struggled to secure a job due to a lack of practical experience and faced numerous rejections. While searching online I came across KBM and enrolled in their Accounts Assistant training programme. I would like to say I had an amazing learning experience at KBM. It is such a supportive and fantastic place to learn accounting and I found the trainers to be the very best and so patient and lovely. I joint KBM last year whilst studying for my AAT, inorder to get practical experience. At the time I just didn't know if I was doing the right thing. I read reviews, did plenty of research and eventually decided to give it a go. I can honestly say that I am so so grateful for taking this step and want to say if there's anyone in a similar position to me- honestly, I would say go for it. I completed the Bookeeping, Accounts assistant and Financial training courses and before I completed the last course I already got my first job with one of the big 4.
So much credit to KBM as they really helped me get a massive amount of training and experience- with tailored support throughout. The CV training session by Noman was amazing, I have actually been complimented on the strength of my CV by multiple professionals.
When I experienced any issues I would reach out and they were always really helpful. Laiba was really helpful and highly understanding and supportive. I don't usually leave long reviews but I would genuinely recommend KBM to anyone looking for practical experience and hope that your successful in securing a job thereafter just like myself.
