KBM has been a huge support system for me in my academic life- the knowledge I've been acquiring from it's given contents are really helpful and applicable in my course.
Moreover, the wonderful trainer, Jacinth has been providing clear guidelines. She is really friendly, professional and skilled which has made my journey easier.
Likewise, I have gotten several opportunities to attend accounting related workshops/events which has made my connections strong.
Finally, I would rate my overall experience 10/10 in terms of knowledge, networking & mentorship from KBM. The trainers are reliable & they provide full support whether it is in terms of building an excellent CV or even giving job opportunities.

I recently completed an accountancy course with KBM, and I had a very positive experience throughout. The tutors were knowledgeable and supportive. Jacinth (Barking) demonstrated excellent knowledge and made me understand complex topics in a clear and practical way.

The training is absolutely amazing and the support from the trainer jatin kumar in Birmingham is incredible and I will definitely recommend to anyone interested in studying AAT and Accounting softwares

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the outstanding refund that I have yet to receive, despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter.

I have contacted your team on several occasions; however, my recent communications have gone unanswered. This lack of response and delay in returning the funds is unacceptable. The money in question does not belong to your company and should be refunded without further delay.

The continued withholding of my funds and absence of communication has caused considerable distress and inconvenience.

I request that this matter be treated with urgency. Please arrange for the immediate refund of the outstanding amount or provide a clear and prompt update on its status.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider further action.

Her guidance made everything much easier, and I truly appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping me reach this achievement.

They just make you watch videos that were made like a decade ago and the videos have bad sound quality. They also hire interns to teach the students so you will not interact with any professionals working in accounting.

I completed AAT Level 4 with work experience at KBM and found their support to be excellent throughout the course. The lecturer was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, which made learning much easier and more enjoyable. The combination of theory and hands-on training was extremely valuable and played a key role in helping me secure my dream job. Overall, the experience was highly professional and rewarding.

I came to the country with no background in accounting, and KBM guided me every step of the way. They advised me to start with bookkeeping, which proved to be the right foundation for me. Through the programme, I completed practical work experience, AAT Level 2, and hands-on training in Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll. The training sequence was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow, which made the learning process smooth and confidence-building. I truly appreciated the guidance and support throughout my journey.
