Brilliant service, easy to book, arrived in time with notifications of drop off and collection. Driver was really cheerful and friendly. Will use again!

Easy to book and pay using the website. Delivered on time and collected on time. Great service and a good firm to do business with.

Paid upfront for the skip to be delivered for the morning of the 15th that's AM
Phoned them up when it got to 12 .15 pm and was told they would get in touch with transport and chase it up
Got to 4..20pm and still no skip
Phone them again and they replied with they had a problem with one of their vans and said did I still want it today or the next morning
I was outraged and said I had paid upfront for a skip for a AM delivery and that I wanted today
I hired the skip for 48 hours but they wasted 9 hours delivering it
I did get 1 apology but no mention of compensation or anything I will not be using this company again
Do not pay upfront for your skip with this company as it seems once they have your money customer service go's our the window

Apart from the delay for driver to collect skip, after it had been filled ( Due to high volume of work load and demand) They are a very good and realiable service. Would definitely use them again!! 👍

Ordered the skip online. The process was simple and efficient. It arrived when it said it would and there was an option to choose when you wanted the skip to be collected.

Delivered on time, collected within a couple of hours of request. Drivers very helpful and friendly despite some difficulty with access.

Skip arrived on time and positioned exactly where I needed it to be . Driver took the time to make sure no damage done too driveway edging.

Got the skip on the date i needed but does take a while for skip to be picked up, this is the second time of using KCM and took over a week for pick up (when they get chance to) the first time, this time its a few days over due and still waiting.
