I haven't received my parcel even though royal mail showing as delivered and can't get any response from emails to yourselves

Hi Colin,

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed.

However, we do feel this review is unfair. Your first message was received on Wednesday and an response was sent the same day with advice on the next steps to help locate the items.

As Royal Mail marked the parcel as delivered, we have now opened an investigation with them to establish what has happened. Unfortunately, these investigations are handled by Royal Mail and can take time to complete.

We understand this situation is frustrating, but it is not correct that you have received no response from us. We have replied to your enquiry and are actively working with Royal Mail to investigate the delivery.

As soon as we receive further information from Royal Mail, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps and reach a resolution.

When you first got in touch on 23rd May about your shipping address, we updated it the same day and confirmed this to you directly. When you then contacted us on Thursday about a return, We responded immediately with our returns policy and portal link, and a member of our team followed up the next day with a clear explanation of next steps
