I haven’t received my order
I haven’t received my order. I have been waiting over two weeks. I got told it was on its way. should’ve been delivered on the 1st of July. tried to message you guys about it and had nothing in time.

Thanks for flagging this, and I'm really sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet.
We've checked and your order (#84681) was dispatched on 27th June via Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail's tracking shows the parcel is still in their network and hasn't been marked as delivered, so this looks like it's gone astray in transit rather than anything on our end.
We couldn't find any previous message from you in our inbox, which is why this hadn't already been picked up - sorry that it's taken a review to reach us. Could you drop us an email via help.kecks.co.uk so we can get a replacement or refund sorted for you straight away?

Good efficient service and nice quality product as usual. We use a range of the products tshirts, printed boxers and the moto socks. All great quality and reliable service.
Postage starting to creep up in price but probably down to Royal Mail prices increasing.

Great products and Just as good customer service. had one item in an order arrive with a minor manufacturing defect and once reported and evidence provided a replacement item was on its way over to me in a just over a day. cannot fault their communication or turnaround. Materials themselves always feel top quality and they keep the lineup fresh every so often

Poor Customer Service
So the first time I ordered from kecks I made a sizing mistake, which left me with two unworn unopened pairs of socks that a could do nothing with.
After searching high and low for another brand of knee brace socks without the anti slip silicone (it gives me terrible blisters in rings around my entire thigh) I decided to order another two pairs of Kecks Knee brace socks. Only after opening my new socks did I find that without updating the description on the website Kecks now come with anti slip silicone. A feature I emailed to check wasn't there before my first order.
Now I know it's not worth engaging with their customer service team as they'll just say they don't refund underwear.

Sorry to hear you felt the sizing was inconsistent across the 5 pairs. We've had a look into this and can confirm all pairs were the same size and from the same production batch, so there shouldn't be any variation between them. Sometimes fit can feel slightly different pair to pair due to fabric settling or how snug the waistband sits on the day, but they are made to the same spec.
