I never received my shipment

I never received my shipment. Then I was asked to pay for postage a second time. I have asked for a refund and have now received that either.

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed.

To clarify what happened, your order reached your country’s customs, but the required import fees were not paid. As a result, the parcel was returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Once it was returned, we offered to resend it, however this required a new shipping payment as the original delivery had already been attempted and the return was outside of our control.

You then requested a refund instead, and we can confirm this has been processed. Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
