Fast delivery and good price. I have 3 Keela items, a Jacket, Merino top and a t-shirt.

Ordered a size small t-shirt which was too big. I would say its a medium. I gave it to my friend who is a medium. I contacted Keela who replied promptly and said the size was correct and offered to exchange or replace it. Good customer service.

Good products at a good price but FOR ME the sizing isnt quite right. An issue I have rarely experienced.

The delivery time was good. I just had issues with the fit and want to return the items I purchased.

The Stratus jacket was tight under the arms and could use more room. It’s unfortunate. The jacket is not as crisp in its shape like the Arc’Teryx Gortex Sidewinder jacket I had owned. I was able to wear my Genesis fleece comfortably under the Sidewinder jacket and the Adventure fit for the Keela jacket certainly was lacking in a similar comfort and fit.

Be careful where you order from because you will pay the overseas shipping fees when you choose to return the product. I have never experienced this before when returning an online purchase. I was truly disappointed and shocked at the shipping fees.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for shipping fees to return a product since I have purchased numerous products for almost fifteen years now. It seems loyalty is overlooked this way.

Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Fast delivery and good service. Great quality tops and trousers, only downside was I couldn’t get two pairs of the trousers. Nice surprise of a pair of socks as a gift.

The trousers faded off quite quickly after wearing for 4 days.

Ordered Kintyre jacket (L) but it was much too big; Keela arranged for the jacket to be returned & replaced with a medium size. The replacement fits perfectly and still accommodates to the Sky Pro (L) fleece. Very pleased with how the whole process has been handled together with helpful advice (thanks Erin) when I phoned customer services. I'd never previously heard of Keela but so glad I've found them and their garments are excellent quality.

I buy all my trousers and wet weather gear from Keela now,great service and great gear…got the first pair of socks as a freebie and just had to buy more,they were so comfortable for the hot summer weather…would definitely recommend all Keela outdoor gear
