Would prefer Royal Mail delivery as DPD are not always reliable for me.

A pre order admin query was sorted very quickly, and my 2nd coat from Keela delivered fast enabling me to take it away to Lakes as wanted!

I had a really great experience with KEELA’s customer service. I needed some help choosing the right hiking trousers for what I’d be using them for, and Erin Morrison was super helpful.

He took the time to understand what I needed, recommended the best option, and also helped me figure out the right size. Great shorts and very good delivery time

The coat and over trousers were excellent quality, warm, compact, lightweight and full of useful features. The two layer coat allows me to use a system of less layers which leads to faster more comfortable travel with the security of a solid warm outer. I used it alpine climbing over 4000 m and it was perfect.

Another Keela purchase with the high quality, good value and practical design which I have become used to.

Absolutely fantastic service, ordered in the morning and delivered the following day! The shirt is great too, a perfect fit.

I’ve struggled to find good quality outdoor kit that fits me, as a 38D, curvy woman. Most brands either don’t go up to my size, or if they do then garments are tight and restrictive across my chest. Not so with Keela! I’ve got a Belay Pro (18), a Cairn (20) and a Stratus (20) and they’re so well designed. They’ve obviously really thought about the women’s fit and it’s fantastic. I could have sized down in the Cairn and the Stratus but as they are they leave plenty of room for layering and the larger sizes mean that the jackets never feel restrictive, no matter what I do.
The Cairn and Belay Pro fit in a stuff sack, which keeps them tidy and out of the way in my drysack. The Cairn is beautifully lightweight while still being a quality waterproof. The Stratus is heavier and much more heavy duty, for the very worst weather, and I’m looking forward to putting it through its paces in the Swiss Alps later this year. The Belay Pro is lightweight but incredibly warm for its weight.
I’ve also got Lightning trousers, which fit like a dream with two reflective, velcro straps on the lower leg to stop them flapping and are also light enough to live in my drysack, ready for the next downpour..
I was sent some ADS long johns as a free gift and they’re so good that I’m planning on investing in the short and long sleeved tops to match. They are so effective at wicking that they keep me at a comfortable temperature however hard I’m working and feel great against my skin.
The recycled neck tube is comfortable and a useful, multipurpose item, especially if your hair gets in your way.
My partner got lucky with a free pair of Incline socks because they were too big for me, and he says they’re his most comfortable socks.
Delivery was 24 hours for one parcel and 48 for the other, which was great.
In summary, you really can’t go wrong with Keela kit. Their attention to detail, technical fabrics, quality and fit are what other brands aspire but rarely manage, and Keela’s prices are more than competitive compared to all the big name brands. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

Top quality, top price. Put it to the test on a 70km bike ride in rain.

Have bought two coats - Cairn and Munro. Cairn was absolutely brilliant for the 3 Peaks - rained most of the day and thr Cairn was perfect - light, breathable, big pockets for energy bars. I wore the Munro for the GWT Trailwalker 100k walk (29 hours). Also a superb coat, heavy duty given the challenges of an endurance event! And I found some free socks with my order - thank you!!

Prompt delivery and well packaged. Good fit. I like both cargo trousers and shorts.
I've worn Skuffers for years for horseriding. With half chaps for the lower leg, they are ideal for the job.

Excellent piece of kit, for the price it’s the best kit on the market. Only issue I wish the trouser where more tapered at the bottom

From help from staff via email on kit selection for the roles I do to the kit it’s self all I can say is first class! I have used just about every major brand and I can say that Keela kit is my favourite perfect to keep you warm dry and cool and the price that doesn’t require a second mortgage
