Going on socials is a last resort but they would not help. HORRIBLE customer service. I had trouble finding my package so shipping was off to a bad a start. My baby tried this and it did not work for his colic and he had a hard time staying held in. I contacted them by the 100 night mark that they advertise on their website for return and refund. The item is NOTA DAMAGED.its clean and good condition. It just didn’t help my baby. They take FOREVER TO REPLY BACK TO YOU. After contacting them about wanting to return it and refund. They took forever to reply and then told me I was past the deadline even though I contacted them within that deadline. Their advertising is deceitful and the product is not that great. They keep coming up with every other reason as to not follow through with their advertised policy. I would not support this company.

Keesley does not follow its own refund policy. Beware.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Keesley LLC was unacceptable and deserves to be shared.

I purchased an item that arrived on October 7th. The very same day, I emailed the company requesting a return because I found the product to be of poor quality. The package was never opened, and my request was made well within their 14-day return window as clearly stated on their own website.

Despite following every single step of their published Refund Policy, Keesley repeatedly refused to honor my return — first without explanation, then with a completely contradictory claim that they “only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items,” which is not what their own policy says.

Weeks later, after multiple polite follow-ups and providing proof of my request date, they changed their story again and falsely claimed my return was “past the 14 days.” I have all the emails proving otherwise.

This company’s customer service is disorganized, evasive, and inconsistent. They appear to make up new “internal rules” that are not disclosed to customers, ignoring their own written terms.

At this point, it’s not about the money — it’s about integrity, something this company clearly lacks.
If you value transparency, honesty, and accountability, avoid Keesley LLC.

If I could rate them a zero I would…

If I could rate them a zero I would rate this company a zero. Their company phone does not work at all and they do not respond to emails either. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and have not yet heard a response back. On their website, it says try 100 nights and if it’s not working out then we can return no questions asked but what questions to be asked if they don’t even respond. This company is a scam. I would tell people to not put their money on their shit product that you can find on Amazon wayyy cheaper.

Terrible company & customer service

Took forever to get the item, then immediately tried to return it bc wasn’t as great as described & can get on Amazon for less than half the price…tried for 2 weeks to return it through their stupid system then got a response after a month & they said too late it’s been longer than 14 days so basically tough luck….place is a scam

The item took over 3 weeks to arrive

The item took over 3 weeks to arrive. Within 2 weeks (had to wash because baby vomited) I had to wash the pillow cover. It ripped in the seams in the washing machine (in gentle cycle). Company phone does not work customer support sucks! Would never recommend this company!!!

Never received the bed, no offer to ship a new one or refund. No response.

I bought a Keesley rest nest and it never arrived at my home. They told me to check neighbor’s houses. I had to write them 14 emails and they just sent some automated responses and never actually addressed the problem. I checked with my neighbors and no one received it, the tracking from the shipping showed that it was being mailed generically to my town, but not my exact address. I’ve given them ample opportunities to correct the situation and now they’re not even responding to my messages. I spent $90 on the bed and my baby is already an infant from a newborn and I’ve received no response and no offer to make this better.

Extremely Dishonest Company

We ordered a Keesley Rest Nest for our child. Keesley has a return policy of 14 days from the date of delivery. I contacted the company both via email and also filled out the website form multiple times within that fourteen-day period requesting a return since it arrived on July 3, and all my communication was ignored. When I tried to contact the customer service phone line, and automated message said nobody was available and you had to email. The return instructions on the website also state that you first must contact the company via email at the same email address, which I did. My emails have spanned from July 3 until today. I have included one of the ignored emails which I had sent (per the website direction) on July 15, which was within the 14-day return window. I was only contacted today by a representative for the first time, stating that the 14-day return window had passed, after having been ignored until now, the first day outside the return window.

This is not fair, as everything from the website to the phone message instructs you to contact them via their email address. I would like a refund, as I contacted many times within the return window and was ignored.
