Fraud website!!

Ordered from this website - wasn’t even provided an order number via email. Only received a generic email stating that shipping was delayed but never received a receipt for purchase email. Attempted to contact the company by the email provided for contact on that same shipping email and it keeps bouncing back with a “Failure notice : Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. (Email redacted)
550: 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.” Went to the website and grabbed another email from there and received the same error message. No way to get in touch with the company. I’m currently disputing the transactions with my bank. Completely sketchy and for sure a scam.

First do not purchase anything from this company I will be reporting it to the better business bureau. I paid extra shipping to expedite shopped ordered and it still came in the at the regular time so that is a scam then I received the order crunched all up in a bag and when I went to use it it did not work and they advertised 100% money back guarantee which is a Lie. I contacted them to return and refund. They gave me some lie that there was nothing g wrong with product so I have to pay for shipping to send back and some bogus address that said shipping was 1315.oo USD. So then they say we'll you can keep the product and we will refund you 20% of 85.00 14.96 is what they refunded. If I can give them zero stars I would. They are scamming people.

I ordered 2 DreamNests on 12/08/25 and they are still processing the shipment. I finally got a response that they are looking into it. I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. For someone who was super excited for their amazing baby bed I could not have been more disappointed. I ordered in early October 2025. After a month I reached out to them because I still hadn’t received my order and they gave me some sob story about how their manufacturer had been taking their money and not fulfilling orders and they asked if that I would be willing to wait for my order. I was understanding and advised them that I would wait for it and that they would be including a coupon for future use. It is now January 21, 2026. I have reached out to them many many times requesting a refund at this point and they still refuse to refund me my money even though I’ve yet to receive the package. When I track it, it says that it has been stuck in customs since November 2025. My child is now too large to even use the bed and they still refuse. Going to have to dispute the charge with my bank.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I order the product in November and it is January 14. No product no answers no shipping updates. 2 random emails back saying that they shipped a product. There fore their end is fulfilled. Until I have a product I can’t get a refund. Convenient right? Do not get stuck with this scam.

I ordered their DreamNest product for my baby and after THREE months of waiting, finally reached out to say my baby had out grown the need for this product and I would like a refund since it still hadn’t arrived. They said that they can’t provide a refund because it is “In Transit”. Then a month after that this cheaply wrapped package arrives. I didn’t open it because I wanted to get a refund. They said they would send me a label but when I reached out for a label they said it’s still “in transit”. I’m so tired of this back and forth. They are clearly trying to make it as hard as possible to get a refund. I haven’t seen this product but I can tell it’s much smaller than pictured.

Convinced they are scam artists. Ordered a month ago and nothing, tracking shows coming from China but no movement for 20+ days. Emailed support and got some weird email back “from the owner” about how their manufacturer just stopped responding and please don’t file fraud with your bank and instead “click this (sketchy looking) link and submit a form for your refund”… I filed fraud with my bank and got my money back.

Placed order on September 22nd. Received notification they the item shipped that same day. It is nearly a month later and shipping data has not changed. Contacted the support email several times to request they mark the item as lost. No help there. This company is scamming people. Their Facebook page is flooded with reviews showing people are in the same boat as me…paid for a product they probably won’t end up getting. Shameful!

I agree with the other review. More than one person I’ve spoken too have yet to receive it. Tracking looks fake. I ordered September 20th, and the tracking hasn’t moved.

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered product 9/21/25, "Shipped" 9/22/25 and it is 10/9/25 and after 10+ emails to support, they can't provide an update. Do not waste your time or money.
