I have sent ongoing emails to Kelpie.com, with my complaint about overcharging for the products I received, and their misleading ordering system.
Every email received from the company has been polite but offering no refund or compensation.
I have ended up paying over $170 for 2 packets of 30 Allergy chews and 2 packets of 30 Multivitamin chews!

BUYER BEWARE!
Not only have the chews had no effect on my dogs allergies but purchasing them has been A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE THAT I REGRET.

I want to try whether it is working or not

I am not sure how to rate this because you ask fist to rate it then send the advice. Bit stupid I think.

This company has charged me $155.90 instead of the advertised $36.00 for the product, I contacted them within 6 hours of noticing the excessive charge to which Their reply is as follows:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and truly appreciate your understanding.

At this stage, we regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order and issue a refund, as the order has already been fully processed. Once an order reaches this stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, in line with our policy.
If you decide to deal with this organisation, please be careful, as it’s not until you check your bank account that you realize you have been duped as they don’t sent you an invoice.

I have a 75-day-old male Shih Tzu puppy. He has already received two doses of vaccination.

Currently, we are feeding him Cerelac Stage 1 and Royal Canin Starter (1–2 months) in the morning, evening, and at night. For the last five days, we have also started giving him curd rice, boiled carrot, and boiled egg. Once a week, we give him either chicken skin, hard liver, or soft liver.

However, we are facing an issue with ticks. As per the veterinarian's advice, we are using a tick powder and Procott shampoo for bathing. Despite this, we still find some ticks on his body occasionally.

We do not take him outside, so I am wondering how he is getting ticks. What could be the reason, and what is the best solution to completely get rid of them? Due to the ticks and itching, he keeps biting and scratching his skin.

Needed info regarding itchy skin on dogs and what I could do from my side. The free guide I received, will help me ease my dogs discomfort.

My bank contacted me that this company had tried to take $155 out of my account rather than $36, when I pressed on paypal and it said $155 even though they said it should have been $36 then I tried to contact the company they ignored me. I didn't continue with the purchase.

Have not received the product I paid for.

I would give no stars if possible. I dont care how good they claim there product is, 3 emails and 37 days later eventually arrived in Queensland. They even tried to 3 further times to take more money out of my account.
Think twice before parting with your hard earned cash!
