Epos 300, Great for on location shooting
For me Kelvin Epos 300 is a game changer.
I lit every scene of a whole 20min short film with it. It is a tool to work really cinematic with, because the lamp is very versatile and compact and most importantly, the light and color quality are exceptional.
For me, an excellent idea are the quickly changeable magnetic attachment lenses.
Great design and usability.
I'm curious to see how the housings and mechanical parts perform after a longer life on sets, because those are not always studios. And the lamps offer so many options for on location shooting that they should definitely be used there.
A complete five stars plus an extra one for the incredibly good support

Color delight with Epos300
I used the Epos300 on a few different projects and was blown away with the way I could choose color to get the perfect background and fill to match the setting. Clients was also impressed that we could just the color that accurate without using HUE adjustments in post. My videographer also loved this of course.
The lights look beautiful and feel sturdy enough to be run over by a truck and not make a dent.

Using Epos 300 for photography
I had the pleasure of using two Epos 300 lights for a photo project.
This was a complicated shoot, with multiple lighting scenarios to match the different outfits, and we had a short amount of time to complete the full shoot.
Looking past the good-looking design and quality of the lights themselves - what stood out features to me was the quality of light - especially when shooting high-saturation coloured light. Rich, deeply saturated colours, from a system that behaved in such a way that it let me focus on creating, not having to deal with complex technical trickery.
Their app was easy to use and I love not having to create an account and sign-in to be able to adjust lights. I could quickly jump from light to light and make adjustments.
Overall impression: It is the best light quality I have seen from any LED lights.

I requested to upgrade my original Play order to a Play Pro. I reached out and Casper came back with a coupon code to make everything easy for me to upgrade, so that made this transaction very easy. I wish SNAPBAG products were a little cheaper, but I understand why they cost what they do for the quality that you get.

Photoshop is the best toy anyone ever gave me. 3.0. I started taking photos at about 5, with a cheap Christmas present. My introduction to Photoshop was 1994 when I was doing a marketing degree in New Zealand. there in my own time I was playing with Photoshop and Corel, then the second year was co-opted to teach the basics for display and presentation at the University.
Everything you do sometime you need to be able to present it. so it is a skill all disciplines need
Ive worked at keeping up with the software but its expanding abilities not so much. Life and my real job in telecommunications took up a lot of my time. Now retired I'm working at converting a lifetime of photography into a possible income.
Last night I finally made time to look at the initial bundle you gave me. in less than 10 min I had something new to work with!
I appreciate "your Sunday class invite" and the fact that like those of us who did not grow up in the USA you grasp the world and its times. So the presentation was at a time I could join.
To see your work and what this tool can do was amazing, and I thank you very much for sharing.
