If you follow the instructions to a "t" there is no problem - however they do appear to be written for expert ITers... quite straightforward and concise - perhaps a "problems" paragraph could help those less knowledgeable. Initial misunderstandings are however soon overcome and results are good even with slides and negatives which are over 50 years old. Open and close the slide cover clip with care as the plastic is quite brittle. Kenro staff have initiative and are extremely helpful.

I wasn't sure how long it would take for my delivery so I contacted customer services who were brilliant and went above and beyond answering all my questions. I received my large order within 1 week in perfect condition and I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I bought a pack of ten blue 6x4 Strut Mounts for some graduation photos I was giving to family members. I had first looked on Amazon and could see the sort of thing I wanted on the Kenro store there. However, they did not have exactly the pack size and mount size I required, so I went to Kenro's own website where I was pleased to find a greater selection. Even better, the price was reasonable and postage was free! Having placed my order, it arrived within a few days and I was kept updated via emails from Kenro. The mounts were exactly what I wanted and (contrary to some reviews I had seen) none were damaged or stuck together. The photos were easy to get in and the finished result is completely satisfactory. Overall, I am more than happy with this purchase.
