Kenwood Damp Proofing Opiniões

Requested a survey from Kenwood to assess condensation and humidity in a flat in London. It was very easy to arrange and the cost of the survey can come off any works you agree to remediate issues identified. The surveyor was very professional and thorough. The report was exactly what we wanted and gave clear guidance on areas that could improve ventilation in the flat.

Travis was very easy to deal with and got appointment booked in very quickly. We have used Kenwood for years for various things and we couldn't recommend enough

We need damp proofing work done on my late mother's flat. We have received two quotations. Kenwood Damp Proofing Ltd's quotation was a 'work of art' - accurate representation of rooms and clear indication of where work is to be done. In addition, the quotation happened to be substantially less than its predecessor's. What more could one ask?

Travis has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the decision process.

James O’Malley has been excellent. From my first approach to the Company he has responded by return with full explanations & costings.

We recently instructed Kenwood Dump Proofing PLC to conduct a damp survey and were disappointed with both the report and the overall service.

The report itself lacked detail and did not provide clear recommendations or a specification of any remedial works. This made it very difficult for us to understand the extent of the issue or to use the report in negotiations with the seller.

After receiving the report, we followed up with several emails asking for clarification and further information, but unfortunately we received no response. The lack of communication was particularly frustrating, especially given the importance of these findings in a property purchase.

As a result, we had to instruct a second surveyor, not very useful, I would not recommend.

Kenwood & Travis have been helpful throughout the process - would recommend!

Travis was really helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. Communication excellent.

The team at Kenwood were great, they dealt with our query very quickly and had us booked in for treatment on a day which suited our needs. Thanks to Travis for organising.

Very serious company, quick scheduling and quick professional replies to any question and inquiry.

totally recommend them :)

Kelvin and John were profesional, polite, friendly, very hard working and did a really good job. They left everything tidy and clean. Very pleased with the finished result.

Excellent service and James O’ Malley was like ‘greased lightening’ in getting the work booked and done.
Very pleased with the way I was treated by James.
Great to do business with👏

Had a great experience talking to Jim at Kenwood, he described thinks clearly making it easy to understand and was always most helpful.

Jim O’Malley was very professional and always responded quickly and efficiently. He covered our questions by return and offered courteous responses and nothing was too much trouble.

I've been let down by alot of companies recently for damp proofing, but Jim O'Malley made me feel at ease, communicated everything clearly and is always available to help. Recommend anyone to work with Kenwood.

Did an excellent job damp proofing our house, we're available at short notice, worked fast and we're neat.

Tom and Hank really helped out alot they are very nice people thanks again

A very quick and professional service as exemplified by Louise, Natalie and Jim in their prompt attention to my issues and excellent communications and also David who carried out the survey at my property with great expertise and advice. The recommended solution is implemented within a week. Would highly recommend.

James O'Malley was incredibly helpful when I enquired about a quote for Damp Proofing that his company had provided. Excellent customer service and very helpful.

I have had the pleasure of Stan and Rob completing damp proof works at my house the past 2 days and I am very pleased with the outcome. Both were highly professional, hard working and very helpful when I asked lots of questions to guide me through understanding the process. Thanks so much!

I also had a ventilation system and humidivent installed and again, very impressed with the workmanship.

Thank you all!
