Order submitted for next day delivery. Credit card debited. Did not receive the order and heard nothing. Made several unsuccessful attempts to contact them and eventually received a refund. I wish that I had checked Trustpilot first where I would have discovered that 50% gave a one star review. Very disappointed since I particularly like curry inspired by Kerala.

Ordered Onam Sadya..the parcel came on 8th afternoon instead of 7th as mentioned while ordering. Packing was not done properly. The rasam was all over the place. We had ordered food last year and it was so much more tastier. This year's food was not upto the mark.

Ordered onam sadhya but no delivery. DHL tracking says package has not even been handed over. Onam is almost over. Very poor service from this company. No response to phone calls and emails too.

Trust pilot should have 0 rating for such stores. I ordered by Onam sadya a week before and did feel something amiss when i did not get any confirmation on despatch of the parcel. Contacted them, they said they will despatch only a day before, so here I am sitting on a Thiruvonam day only to find out dhl have not even received my order through the dhl portal and the customer care did not even have the courtesy to inform about the delay. Huge disappointment! Pleasedo not fall for this and Kerala Taste, this is not less than a scam you guys are running here.

I ordered onamsadhya from Kerala taste one week before ,still they msged it's delayed ,what's the use of getting Onam sadhya after onam days ,i won't buy anything more from Kerala taste.

Placed an order for onam sadya and now no sign of it and no responses to phone calls or emails. They are totally ignoring chat request, disconnecting calls and not responding to emails. Kerala taste has spoiled my onam celebrations. Have raised a case with paypal to get my money back.

Excellent products and packing.Got few food items including frozen ones, it's really worth.

Bought a Preethi mystic mixie. It came with an Indian plug.
Delivery was prompt.
However the mixie box was already open and unsealed and one of the jars looked used.
I have a feeling it might have been a returned product…

All the jars were leaking and the gaskets had a poor seal… wouldn’t expect this in a brand new product.

Emailed them to return or repair… no replies received..

Disappointed in my purchase … and the shop… will not shop here again!

We bought a Preethy Zodiac mixer grinder- food processor in Mid November 2021 and it broke by the third use, contacted customer care starightaway and said "they don't give any guarantee for electric goods but will inform management". It is never mentioned on the product description that they don't give guarantee. Sent videos and photos of faulty item, and customer care advised that management will be in touch with us soon. No response even after a month. Think twice or thrice before you buy from Kerala taste. Really disappointed with purchase and customer care response.

I received my package in a damaged condition. I mailed them with photos. But no response from Kerala taste. Also,they are not attending the phone.

Brought the butterfly Rino from Kerela Taste on 3rd September 2021. On using it for the first time on 14th of September 2021 and within 10 min it stopped working. The drum is not moving. Attempted multiple times to contact customer service but no one is answering the customer service number and no reply for my multiple email. My order number is KT5580.

I brought several food items and soaps. I like them all.
The sandle wood soap is so aromatic.

Excellent quality and great price. Got the order next day itself.

Advantages:
