I paid for a plan to lose half a stone in a month. I had to go through absolutely loads of up selling in order to pay for just a month. I lost the weight in the month but next thing a payment of £39 was taken the next month. I didn't sign for a subscription yet when I contacted them, they apologized for the confusion and cancelled the subscription but would refund the £39 because it was a digital app even though I had lost the weight.
It's left a sour taste of being subject to a scam for their financial gain.
I would advise never to use this sight

Irritating "Special Offers"
After several emails, I signed up for 1 month, then got bombarded with several other offers. Those tips should be included in the program instead of "carrots" to keep you spending. Just my 2 cents. I am in marketing and there should be a different tactic used in my opinion. Thank you.

Ketoway plan - Bad choice
The offer showed keto for seniors for $13.59. My bank statement had 3 charges ($13.59, $12.99, and $99.00). When calling about extra charges, I was told it’s non-refundable. I’ve opened the app and have found nothing more than a regular Keto diet. This is a gimmick that costs much more than you expect. Don’t get caught up in this scheme.
Ketoway support reached out to me, which can be seen below. Why would anyone purchase a “lifetime plan” before seeing what the services include? SAVE YOUR MONEY from this scam.
Their reply:
Lifetime plan and the
PDF purchase, I'm unable to refund or
cancel them. Digital purchases are final under our policy, and Lifetime plans are non-cancellable and
non-refundable.
