Excellent Service Again from Key Equity Release.
Very helpful person Diane Perrin.

Joseph Withers was extremely competent and made sure we were happy with the whole package.My wife has a eye problem which means she has trouble reading but Mr Withers made certain she followed everything.

Tom walmsley was very profesional explaning all of the process and making sure we understood and were kept informed.

Simon Clow could not have been more helpful in the advice he gave us regarding updating our wills, following taking out an equity release to assist one of our children to purchase a home. Everything was explained very clearly and he responded very quickly to any queries we had.

I was looking to release some equity from my home whilst preserving some inheritance for my children .
Lesley Frame was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the options, explaining the risks and benefits, and finding a suitable mortgage plan for me. She broke the sessions up at my request, so that I didn`t become overwhelmed by information in any one session.
She also arranged for me to get advice about estate planning . She was always professional and responded promptly to messages I left between appointments. I was very happy with the service she provided
