The process was straightforward, and we would confidently recommend his services to anyone considering this option. This has enabled us to assist our daughter in purchasing her own home and improve our financial situation. We are highly satisfied with both the company and the support provided by Andrew.

My mother took Equity Release of £95,000 in 2005.
At present, the balance to repay is approx. £380,000 increasing by £20,000+ a year.
The property concerned is valued at approx £450,000
Given this outcome, she would never do it again. She feels upon her demise, there will be nothing left to leave her grandchildren.
