Arrived the next day very prompt service and I love the products

Amazing service again. I ordered lashes and paid for next day delivery but I was an hour behind the cut off for NDD. Within minutes of my order, AHFrancis called me to advise that they sent it 1st class royal mail so it arrives the next day! I don't know another supplier who goes out of their way to this extent and I've been lashing for 9 years.

I have used AHFrancis since I started lashing over 5 years ago. Their MasterLash glue is my favourite and I won’t change from it. I always receive fab customers service when I need something and they always have such good deals on!

I have been Using AH Francis for 4 years. Originally, the glue was being used on myself when I would attend my lash appointment with my lash technician. But When I qualified, I had no hesitation as to which company I would purchase my glue from. I have been using Flashlash since I qualified and I would never look elsewhere. The glue drying time is extremely quick, so should be used by experienced lash technicians, however, once you have mastered your technique then I suggest you move over to this glue if you haven’t already. My clients retention is incredible with this glue and the main comment that always comes back to me is “your lashes last so long”. I always reply by saying it’s the glue! The product is the most important thing between you and your clients experience. Even those who have had issues with retention and other previous lash technicians can go an extra week with Fastlash. The prices are brilliant, postage is super fast and the girls are amazing if you have any queries. I would totally recommend this brand for your business Company and stock needs!

Just completed my 2nd online training course with AH Francis. Courses are very well laid out, easy to understand and follow and help always at hand on the other end of the phone/email. Once I'd submitted my cases studies, Karen had checked through and replied with my certificate within hours! Very happy 🙂
