The other day I contacted the customer service department, as I had a lash issue with my recent order ….I was greeted by a lady on the other end of the phone, who was so polite and caring, she thanked me for alerting her on this issue, could not apologise enough and replaced the item on next day delivery service…..the Company exceeds all expectations and beyond - thank you AH Francis 😊

We have been buying from Karen/AH Francis for years. They are helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient.
In years gone by we occasionally had to go to the wholesalers in a last minute panic as had forgotten to order an item and ALWAYS regretted it.
The service from AH Francis is second to none and if you or your staff need quick answers to a problem there is no one as good as Karen to help you resolve it professionally and correctly.
We wouldn’t go elsewhere.

This is a fantastic company with amazing products and great customer service, highly recommended! The “MasterLash” adhesive is my favourite on the market!

Happy with item ordered but postage a bit excessive £5.95 for a light small package that cost £2.70 to send.

I did my lash and brown training with these products and are amazing really loved working with them, will always be using them x

AH francis has always been so helpful when ordering, last year I personally spoke to the owner and she helped me no end with recomendations and lashing tips! products have always been amazing quality. In love with the B Curl 0.07 mixed tray the lashes are so lightweight and fluffy and also cruelty and mink free! couldnt recommend AH francis enough

I decided to start up my own beauty business a few months ago, after previously training with Karen and feeling so comfortable and at ease whilst training with her there was only one company I wanted to use for brows and lashes.

I contacted Karen to train in lash lifting as had used AH Francis products previously (which are fabulous)! I decided to train in both lash lifting and brow lamination online as well as buying the kits for both. Karen is so helpful & knowledgeable any questions you have she is so quick to get back to you.

Ordering is so easy and always quick and efficient. I love that Karen and the team are local to Salisbury so if needed I have picked up my products. All the team are so lovely and always able to offer advice and tips.

I couldn’t be happier with AH Francis for lash lifting and brow lamination so pleased I chose this brand and my clients have all been very happy with results.
