Both providers were very kind and professional. It helped so much that I was able to get a diagnosis without having to drive, especially considering how sick I was.

Don’t say you can do something you can’t.

My original visit was on 2/13. The doctors are great. Customer service on the other hand, not so much. After my initial visit, I chose delivery for my prescription and was told I’d be sent a link to track my medication. Never received it. I emailed support and got a basic response, I’m sure from a drop down selection. It provided NO answers. The next day I call customer service and the automated message says that it’s less than a minute wait. 40 minutes later, I was still waiting to speak to someone. I hang up, call back and am told that it’s less than a minute wait with 8 callers ahead. 30 minutes into it, I elect to have a call back. I sent an email to CS about my prescription and got a response rather quickly. I’m wondering how that works out. Thankfully I was able to get the information I needed on canceling my mail order prescription. I reached back out to a doctor and they were able to see the tracking, which is crazy because I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO TRACK MY PRESCRIPTION. Horrible customer service, great doctors.

This was my first time using telehealth and it was super easy! The response time was quick from the doctor and within 10 minutes I had medicine called to my pharmacy! I will continue using K Health! So happy that I have this service!!

Used my app twice in 1 week, Flu symptoms and sinus infection, was exposed to Flu. The doctor's were informative and helpful. I was able to get the proper medication and advice quickly.

This is such a great service! Especially when you're ill and aren't up to leaving home, driving to urgent care, and sitting in a waiting room with lots of sick people. The app is easy to use, and the physician was extremely helpful. I'm grateful my insurance company offers this comprehensive alternative.

First timer! The entire process was so easy. I wasn't sure of what to expect, but this experience was well worth it.

The diagnosis was strictly taken from questions that were asked, without any conversation or any pictures being taken into account. This seemed to have changed from previous interactions I had had with the app in previous years. I don't feel this time, the app did not get into the whole situation as it related to my health and as a result did not correctly diagnose my situation.

I reached out about an issue that requires medication and usually does not need any testing to prescribe.

The doctor had me take a test at a non traditional testing facility. I spoke to the lab tech and she said it would be a few days before results were in. I reached back out to the doctor and said I submitted my lab but wondered if I could expedite the prescription because my issue was a little worse than I originally thought and would progress into something serious quickly.

The doctor told me I would need to provide a receipt that I dropped my lab off. I was not provided a receipt and the lab was closed.

I ended up reaching out to a different telehealth app immediately because I couldn’t wait. They prescribed me within minutes and I got my very necessary medication.

I reached out to k health support to cancel my appointment since it is no longer necessary thanks to using another doctor, they told me prescriptions were not a guarantee through the app and they could not cancel my appointment.

It’s been over a week and I still have heard no updates on my testing/prescription through k health. If I had not gone to a different doctor I would be in excruciating pain with the possibility of developing life threatening issues.

Thank god I decided to reach out to a different company.

Predatory company, tried to hide reoccurring fees without consent. Use amazon instead.

I was in communication with k- health and refused to give me a full refund despite reaching out within hrs of being charged citing hidden fees I should have been aware of.

The ease at which I was able to access and video chat with a medical professional was amazing. Karrie was very knowledgeable and prescribed just what I needed for my situation.

The texting a doc was nice because it was a personal situation and I work with a bunch of guys, so texting made it more private. The doctor was very nice and took care of my concerns.

This was the first time I have ever used any type of telehealth service and it was a great experience. It was quick and easy! I was diagnosed and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away.
