Delivery was really fast after ordering and one little issue I had was resolved quickly by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

infrared panel heater
we purchased a panel heater and it is amazing. it has made such a difference to a cold ,damp bathroom with limited space.
we had a small issue with the panel, Kiasa responded to me within 30 minutes !!
panel has been replaced, no quibbles. fabulous personal customer services, makes such a refreshing change. would highly recommend the company and product.

my experience for kiasa product
I am sharing my experience for kiasa Infrared heating bar and kiasa outdoor heater. Both product is working nicely. I am using heating bar in room in warm room nicely it keep temperature maintained in room and outdoor heater is also work really good and kiasa customer support response is quickly as I call them so I will recommend to buy kiasa product. Prompt delivery of an excellent product.
Ordered the heater on Saturday and it arrived today Tuesday. Excellent service. There was an offer of buy one get one free, just to check the validity of the specially offer I contacted customer services and received a response very quickly. I am impressed both with the products (KA-GLD-20SR) and customer services. The wall mounted patio heaters give out good heat and I plan to install them in our garden gazebo. Very good value for money!

Kiasa have really gone the extra mile…
Kiasa have really gone the extra mile in terms of customer relations. I have been properly looked after despite my order being not straight forward. The build took a while so it was quite a few weeks before we got the IR heater out of the box and the electrician spotted it was too long for the space we had (sloping ceiling, not enough clearance) so then I had to ask them for an exchange, I needed to send one back and get the new one back out in time to work to our contractor's schedule. All annoying and stressful, but each member of staff I dealt with at Kiasa were a pleasure and have bent over backwards to help. Would recommend!
