I would definitely use this service again, as it is straightforward and user-friendly!

Was so easy booking the trailer. Delivered in time and simple return instructions

Excellent service and products. Really helpful when I reached out with a couple of enquiries.

Early delivery, easy instructions and easy service. Will definitely use again!

Easy to use service - would highly recommend and use again!

Really good service. Item was pristine like new. It arrived on time and return was really simple. Was a lot cheaper than buying item and using it once. Unfortunately I misplaced part of the item and was expecting a big bill but they only charged me a very reasonable price and they were understanding. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Very easy to order, there's a WhatsApp account I can talk to and a useful YouTube video to help me figure out what I wanted to hire. The delivery came early and I could get started early, and a really good way to try out a bike trailer. Amazing service love it

Great service and all very organised, I will surely recommend

Great purchase experience, the trailer was out of stock and KBT contacted us straight away to offer a solution, we still received it in less than a week. Great customer service team!

We hired an all terrain pushchair for our 2 year old grandson and it made such a difference to our family holiday, enabling some lovely outings.
We appreciated: Very clear terms and conditions for hiring equipment. Contracting, payment, delivery and return pick up, all were well organised, easy to understand. Everything worked well. Great attention to detail.
The equipment was of a high technical standard and in excellent condition.
Can’t think of any constructive criticism. Keep up the good work!

Everything from delivery to collection was great.
Only reason now 5 is that our dog didn’t like it and that’s not their fault.
We could have trained our dog to ‘use it’ but in retrospect that would have taken a few weeks, and we only rented this lot financially viable.

Really helpful customer service and item arrived early!

Perfect from start to finish! A last minute order that arrived in plenty of time and was exactly what we needed. Can’t thank the team enough! Great set up and kit! Highly recommend.

Bike axle to enable a trailer to be attached.
Purchased a replacement axle. Item arrived in just a couple of days and was exactly as described, so it was fitted in just a few minutes with no problems. Excellent!

It made travelling with our 2 girls to Disneyland Paris so much easier! One of our girls is autistic so having the wagon meant she was safe and able to get around without impacting on her safety.

Very helpful and sorted my problem out quickly and posted the part I needed

Great communication and customer service

Great service that lets you try before you buy and make a decision on how to transport your little one!

It was easy to hire, extend the hire and return the trailer and helped us make a decision on what to go forward with. Saved multiple car journeys and gave us the confidence to use one.

Outstanding quality child carrier with a seamless booking process

Easy to use website, great options and fast delivery.
