Kidsbiketrailers Opiniões

This was the second time we have hired a buggy for a trip away. From start to finish the process was so simple, delivered on time, buggy in immaculate condition and returns simple. Would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thank you

The company was very helpful when a trailer flag sent was.damaged in transition. They rapidly delivered a replacement the next day.

Hapoy with the flag and the service we received. Thank you

Really responsive and great customer service. Provided advice on the correct axle I would need for the dog trailer on my bike. Collection was really easy. Helpful instructions included in the rental pack on how to set up the trailer. Plan to use them again for an upcoming family holiday with the dog.

Lights were OK but very easy for baby to pull off the buggy.

Great company, responsive and helpful. Jist surprised they offered almost full price for an ex rental trailer.
But brilliant company and great idea for prospective buyers.

Easy and helpful, thank you!

super helpful, responsive, and speedy postage. Thanks so much!

Bought a pushchair basket, unfortunately the item was used and not new as expected, otherwise fine

Great festival buggy service with delivery and pick up. Easy communication too. The burley bike trailor was just what we needed for our 4 year old to have a place to rest and nap during the festival...meaning mum and dad could enjoy music into the evening.

Fantastic try before you buy a dog trailer for towing behind my bike.
Great communication and easy delivery and pick up

Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Buggy we hired for a festival arrived in good time a few days early and was in pristine condition. Very easy to send it back at the end of the returns period. I will definitely use the service again if we need niche kids equipment for a one off event and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and a must for any festival with children!

Alway use Kids Bike Trailers for our festival hires. Great experience every time! Fast delivery of items, great quality items in perfect working order. Easy to return a great service overall.

We decided to hire an Out n About Nipper for our holiday to the Lake District and it was perfect for our trip! It arrived before the date we stayed and it was almost like new! Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely hire from yourselves again

A great business idea! They're efficient. Excellent communication. Really good experience so I'd definitely recommend if you're looking to try something out before buying.

Great bike trailer and very easy delivery and return process. We used for a festival and was soooo good and lots of space. Will rent again if we go to an other festival. Had lots of comments from people there and recommended the company

Honestly the best thing possible for a little one at Glastonbury! Absolute life saver, great and easy to manoeuvre and comfy. Thanks! We will be back next year for sure and any other festivals…

We unfortunately didn't get to use the trailer we hired due to health issues. However, the service was impeccable. The trailer was great (when we tried to use them) and the instructions were complete from start of hire to return. Thank you!
