Really good idea. Very easy. Good customer service.

Easy to hire and return, good customer service

Very happy with my purchase and all my dealings with this company.

Very satisfied. They went above and beyond to support us with buying a bike trailer. They sorted out some challenges that we faced in the buying process, and ensured that we are ultimately happy and able to hit the road when we needed to. Great customer service, in short.
And also a good business to support - you can not only buy brand new, but also rent (or try-before-you-buy) equipment, or buy used items.

Seemless from start to finish. Will recommend and use for festivals next year.

A good company to deal with. Parts promptly dispatched and I was kept informed of progress until they were deliivered

Great service! Would recommend to everyone!

Got charged cleaning fee when my partner actually tried to clean it & front wheel was fixed so made it hard to manoeuvre but other than that good

Amazing service throughout, from answering a million questions, to being flexible with the hire. The bike arrived in really good condition with very clear instructions.
The collection service was really good too.
I would really recommend and would consider using again.

Staff were friendly, helpful and calm, and I won't hesitate to return here!

Great idea to hire a trailer for a festival. The trailer arrived in good time (we had a 7 day hire as the festival was over 4 days) and it looked brand new when we took it out of the box. It came with clear instructions for assembly and care, along with the return instructions. Would highly recommend.

Very positive experience. Trailer arrived early. Pick up was straight forward. No issues.

Staff on the phone were friendly and relaxed which I liked.

Great communication. Very fast delivery.

Hired a pushchair to use at a festival. Absolutely brilliant service. Everything arrived as expected and the whole process was really smooth. Will definitely be using again next year.

Fantastic Service, exactly what we were looking for: a chance to test a trailer with zero fuss, fantastic service from delivery to parts and instructions included with the added bonus of being able to purchase if the fun was sufficient: give these folks your money!

Great service, great products, got everything on time and as advertised.

Easy ordering service. Prompt and timely delivery.
I hired 2 Osprey backpack child carriers for a family visit from USA . Both carriers were spotless on arrival and appeared brand new. Would definitely use again.
One small point though is they communication following return could be improved with a notification that they had arrived back after collection would have been appreciated .

This is an amazing service from start to finish. Booking was so easy. The buggy itself was immaculate, the drop off and pick up was perfect. Couldn’t recommend more! Will definitely be using again.

What a great company. Communication was easy and quick. Trailer arrived on time with instructions and in excellent condition. The whole process from ordering to returning was simple and reliable. We used the bike trailer (with jogger wheel) for Glastonbury Festival and will definitely be using this service again if we are lucky enough to get tickets next year. 👍🏻
