Packaging was not very good and they did not put my full address on the parcel. Was a good job the delivery person new me overall was ok but the box arrived all squashed and half open not enough tape on the package

Party supplies
Party Hooters didnt work
Rocket balloons didnt fly and were really hard to inflate.
Tattoos never transfered to skin
Very embarrassed at party because of this
Ps. Regarding the reply to this from kids stuff, I was never offered a refund and the email I recieved implied I was lying ! These were supposed to be cheap and cheerful extras for a pinata at a party and I only complained because everything was useless not just 1 item.

Hi Kerry, we are really upset over this review as we have tried everything to make things right for you but the fact is you appear not to want to engage with us. We have sold over 1 million of these tattoos in the last 4 years with not one complaint. They are probably our fastest selling line and we purchase them from a factory that supplies a lot of the top toy brands as well as a number of high street stores. The party blowouts are another big seller and are perfect with no complaints as are the rocket balloons. Not only are all toys etc on our site fully tested and have passed safety tests but we also test them in house to ensure they are fit for purpose.
We offered you a chance to return all the items for a full refund but you have chosen not to.

Fast fantastic fab
Fast fantastic fab! Ordered for my daughters birthday party arrived very quick after I had ordered. The girls all loved the mermaid fans and colouring in mermaids as well as the other bits too. Will definitely order from kids stuff for less again!
