Have ordered a few times from this company now, great for cheap and cheerful stocking fillers and small gifts with lots to choose from on the website. Will use again in the future.

Purchased some items for party bags for my sons birthday. I ordered them on the Sunday and received them on the Thursday. Great customer care, very fast response via email as I was worried that I wouldn’t get them in time. All items arrived and the children were very happy. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future. Thank you!!!

I put in an order totalling £92.90 and received it promptly. I was happy with the goods but there was just 2 items missing.
Since receiving my goods on 6.02, I have not been able to speak to anyone and despite my efforts nor have my emails been answered!
I really did not want to leave this negative review but for the last week, I have called more than once and left at least two messages (all of my calls have gone straight to answer phone). I have also emailed more than once via the website and now I have been left with no choice but to make contact this way - whilst leaving this review! All I wanted was my 2 missing items, it could of been easily rectified! I also would have accepted even just an email to say all my efforts had been noted and my items had been posted out to me! I really do feel sad to have to leave this review but as stated, I was left with no choice.
***The response I finally received was basically doubting that the products were missing. I do not appreciate being called amongst other things a liar accompanied with zero customer service. So I have marked this company down further and I will never use them again!***

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs! First of all, delivery was late and I returned items 2months ago!!!! Still did not received my refund! They are scammers. Don't buy at any costs.

2nd time I have ordered from this company and was not disappointed. They have a huge selection to choose from and prices were excellent. It was easy to order and package was received two days later. My grandchildren love crafting and will love all the items purchased.
