The shipment update wasn’t updated for almost 2 weeks, it was saying it was “en route” in San Diego for most of that time, then my sweater was delivered to San Diego. I’m in Australia.

55 euro swimming pants

They don't do size swaps
Took measurements before I ordered. Ordered a small since I thought it would be a good fit. Turned out to be a bit on the tight side. On their website they have a statement saying they can do size swaps as long as the customer pays for shipping. I request a size swap for a medium. Takes them over a week to get back to me and they say they don't do size swaps. I take a screenshot of the statement on their website and email it back to them saying I'm happy to pay for the shipping. They never responded.

Ordered a pair of shorts that are visibly larger than a pair I had previously ordered in the same size. I asked for an exchange and was denied. Such a bummer I really like your company’s aesthetic. But never again doing business here.

The material is not at all what’s depicted in the photos online. I tried to address this with customer service but they completely shut me down and are ignoring all future emails. Very disappointed with both quality and customer service. Never experienced this before so horrible
