Truly awful products. Would avoid at all costs. Bought a pair of shorts after seeing them online. Quality of product is shockingly low, design is nothing like the site, the shorts are supposedly swim shorts but no inner lining.

Absolutely terrible. Rip-off. Currently trying to agree a refund but just constantly met with 'all sales are final' message from support

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE MY MOCHIII CASE the pink is perfect and it’s actually a very sturdy case! I thought it was going to be a flimsy foldable case when I saw the insta ad and I’ve had bad past insta shop experiences but not with this company, shipping and delivery went so smooth and I got tracking quicker than I thought I would, also I’ve had the case now for about 3 months and the mochi print is yet to peel or scratch off and I don’t think it will for a while too, truly the quality of my product is amazeeeeee

Horrible quality garment, far too expensive for what you get. The size guide was off by a few inches so the garment doesn’t fit the way it should. Was told I cannot exchange for a different size. Awful.

Dreadful quality, images are misleading for the product you get. The jumper I ordered I was expecting to be knitted but instead it’s a gross material with a knitted print printed into it. Feels super synthetic and uncomfortable, probably won’t even wear it.

Phone case is terrible quality and no protection for the price. One drop on its face and your phone is completely cracked. I reached out to return the item based on my negative experience and they were short with me on their policies and didn’t seem to care that I was unsatisfied. Sad about this bc the cases are so cute :(

I love both of the pants i got, the designs are awesome and i got a lot of compliments on them! wasn’t expecting it to be that material (even tho it’s in the description), but they’re nice and comfy, however i think they’re a bit overpriced. one of them was not well sewed cause after the second use it started unsewing. but overall i love them and they’re very cool!

Shipping time was as to be expected (about 2~ weeks to Australia) so no complaints there.

I made a purchase of $200+ products on this website. I only got one of the items delivered.

They sent it through Hermes, the package was never delivered (Hermes people told me that) due to a system error.

Initially, they support was very responsive.
Once they got informed the package was returning to them, they never replied to me.

It's been 2 weeks already.

They do not reply to email, to Instagram DM, they even deleted my Instagram comment on one of their posts.

Sounds like a scam to me. Be careful!

The pants were nothing like they showed to be in the picture. Bad quality and bad printing.

Far too over priced for what you get. Very poor quality had better quality from SHEIN. The sizing is also very large even though their sizing chart states other wise. The returns policy is horrific! I sent them back and had to pay £14.95 for shipping but at £60 for the trousers I thought it was best. I tracked the delivery as requested by customer services and kept them updated, tracking the parcel as they had asked me to do. Delivery was attempted twice both times no answer. I didn’t receive my refund and they stopped communicating with me.

got two shirts, normally XL is baggy, this was like long as heck and thin, with very tight arms. Quality is also really bad, the thin fabric will not last with any amount of time. Had the products been priced to match their quality I wouldn't be here writing this post but that was bad

I thought the material of the fabric was going to be different and they were a bit too baggy for my taste. The website was easy to manage and the designs on the pants are cool just not what I thought.
