Excellent customer service via WhatsApp , on the phone and by e mail . Package and presentation excellent as well.
Lovely bracelet ! Very pleased with it . The standard size is a bit too short , though. It should be a bit longer from the very beginning ,rather than having to send it back to extend it and paying shipping costs twice .

Une arnaque... 20 euros de frais de livraison (sur une commande à 800 euros), puis 20 euros de frais de retour car la commande ne convient pas. Bien sûr, ce n'est mentionné nulle part. A fuir !

Kimai have been fantastic in every stage of buying an engagement ring, from talking through design options and building a bespoke ring, to information about delivery and help with resizing. Particular shout out to Emma who has been extremely kind and helpful throughout!

Brand to flee! Kimaï steals from its customers, if you return an item a fee of 20 euros applies... surprise! Of course, this is not mentioned anywhere. A brand that claims to be ethical but isn't. I invite anyone who has had the same experience to contact me so that I can join the ongoing file with the relevant consumer associations and organizations.

Beautifully presented and arrived quickly. Really pleased with the earrings and love the original designs.

Read the small print on returns policy. “Conscious consuming is about being 100%” until you see the product how can you be 100%? If you are not happy with the product you pay the return and delivery on carriage when you return your item, stated four paragraphs down on the returns section, after ‘what is your returns policy?’ ‘What is your exchange policy?’ ‘how do I return an item’ So I’ve paid for the privilege of viewing an item. My advice: only purchase from a jewellery shop where you can assess the quality in person and not pay to do so.
To give some context - Before purchasing the Amie bracelet, where the website advises that it is suitable for everyday wear, I also asked the question on the chat box as I required something that wouldn’t break easily as I wear my items all the time. Again I was advised that it was suitable for daily wear. When it arrived the chain on the bracelet is very thin and delicate and in my opinion NOT suitable for everyday wear. I arranged for it to be returned and was credited short of the amount I paid due to the cost of carriage both ways

Absolutely love my necklace. Great everyday piece that adds a little sparkle. Really good quality and the lab grown diamonds look stunning.

Great customer service, however didn’t like the necklace.
Thought it was overpriced and diamonds were positioned asymmetrically on the chain. I didn’t realise this and though I like asymmetric jewellery this was very poorly designed.
The chain was always going to twist round when wearing giving it an odd ‘faulty’ appearance.

I ordered the Evidence earring which arrived beautifully packaged. The earring itself is lovely. I struggled initially wondering how to pop in my ear lobe. I think instructions would help. My advice would be to any purchases is this is not suitable for larger/plumper ear lobes. The model wears it well. I did work out how to wear the earring, I used the plastic back, not sure if I should ? but after a day and night my goodness my lobe is throbbing. To pop in every day if taking out for nights would be fiddly and time consuming. So they will be used sporadically which is a shame. SO ONLY SUITABLE FOR SMALLER EAR LOBES.
