Well it's beautiful, however it is tiny. Very delicate. On a larger neck it gets lost. I thought a 42 chain would be ample, as in other chains I have, but in fact it nestles into the throat, and in hindsight, I should have asked for something a little larger. It is because I sing, so my neck expands. I hoped to wear it for concerts, but don't think I can which is a shame.
I'm not huge, but I'm not a size 12... I'm 18 in fact. It will look fantastic on my daughter. I was going to wear it for her wedding, but maybe she will now.

Really poor service. During the appointment the ring we had enquired about was not there. The whole appointment seemed rushed. After the appointment, They were supposed to send a followup email to let us know about prices and lead times. However, 20 days later they still have not even after we sent an email enquiring. Such a bad service when you are requesting about a ring of over £3.5k. Will not return and do not recommend.

I wanted to order the Jackie Ring and decided to use the bespoke service. This was the best decision I could have made. You get a lot more options to change your desired ring and within your own price range. They updated me throughout the process. We started to discuss what I wanted exactly so I showed the pictures of how I wanted my ring to look like, than you decide on the diamond , for bigger range diamond you get a video and pick the one you want. After that they make a sketch of how your ring will look like , I wanted it more curvy which wasn’t a problem. Agreed on the design at the beginning of October and yesterday 24/11 received my ring. If you want it in shorter period of time , you just need to tell them , they listen to every wish and see what they can do. So don’t be shy, speak up, it’s your diamond ring , you need to be happy with it. I’m in love with my diamond ring, I can’t believe how sparkly the diamond is, the ring itself is gorgeous exactly as how I imagined and they even engraved it beautifully.
I will be ordering a match wedding ring , I can’t wait for next year to use their bespoke service again.

I bought some earrings which arrived really quickly but unfortunately were two left earrings rather than a left and right. I contacted Kimai and spoke with Lauren who was so helpful and arranged for the earrings to be collected and couriered back to them and then organised a replacement pair to be sent out to me completely free of charge. It's such a simple thing but Lauren was my contact person the entire time so I didn't feel like I was just being passed around which is so unusual with customer service nowadays.

The earrings themselves are absolutely beautiful and I love that they're ethical lab diamonds and recycled 18k gold. The packaging is also amazing, they came in a really heavy cardboard box with absolutely no plastic. I cannot speak more highly of this brand, their jewellery is beautiful and really good quality and they're so lovely to deal with. I'm very impressed.

I ordered and paid for a piece of jewelry on 24th October and it was meant to be delivered within 12 working days which was yesterday, 9th November 2021. I have tried chatting with them, sent them emails and left a voicemail just to get a progress report, but have received no response to date, I wanted the piece for my daughter's Birthday this weekend, but it seems very unlikely that it will be delivered in time. I only want a progress update with an expected delivery date, but the silence is deafening !. Very poor Customer Service.

I read on the website it would take 12 working days to create the piece and then 1-2 days for delivery. I ordered in plenty of time to accommodate this. I had to chase after the 12th day for notification of shipping. I was then told (after chasing for receipt of my inquiry) that it would be an extra 8 working days, meaning it would potentially miss the occasion but should still arrive with 1-2 days for delivery. After chasing on the new day of shipping, I was told it was now going to be sent out early the following week and would definitely miss the occasion I had ordered the piece for. If I had been kept in the loop for delay it would have been slightly softened but that I had to chase repeatedly is incredibly annoying and very poor customer service.

Ethical jewelry! Finally there’s a guilt free way of buying diamonds without compromising design and quality. Love it!

I have three lovely items from this company, those being the Clover necklace, the Soul necklace, and the semi-hoop earrings. I love the idea of having ethically made jewellery using recycled gold and laboratory ‘cultured’ diamonds. These are real diamonds in every chemical and optical sense and cut to the same standards. They are also much more affordable than mined diamonds. Shipping was fast and on schedule, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous, and the diamonds are stunning. A bit more expensive than other laboratory grown retailers, perhaps because the gold is recycled and 18 carat, and the diamonds are of a higher grade generally sold elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.
