Steve Morris kept us informed relating to the progress of the alarm system and Matty Inns worked tirelessly on getting the system fixed for us. The worst service department ever they never do anything right, say they will do things but never do, and make a mess of your caravan I wouldn't trust them to do anything I could go on and on but I'll be here all day just keep away from them

I went to buy a tent box roof tent, I met Andrew who went though its workings and answered all my questions with honesty and with great knowledge of this brand. I purchased one he had one in stock and kindly reserved it for me until I could pick it up. I went today is was already on a trolly waiting for me to take it to the car for roof assembly, I did what i could do myself he then kindly got a member of staff to help me lift it onto my roof bars, he also imparted some expert knowledge on the best way to mount it and made sure i was doing it correctly. while i was completing the installation he’d removed all the packaging and took it away! He also helped with a couple of other things i’d purchased and was friendly and extremely helpful through the whole experience. I would recommend this company if you’re thinking of making a purchase.

Bought a Adamo 754DL 72 reg from new. Nothing but problems. Bathroom door 3 year and still waiting. 3 new panels for electric beds. Numerous other things. Would never buy another Bailey. Seen more staff changes in 4 year than the dole office. Not one manager has solved our problems. Happy when there selling but don’t want to know you after that. 1 staff member Cheryl tries her best to solve problems but must be pulling her hair out with everything that is going on there
