The team were great, keeping me informed of progress on the warranty repair with Coachman, arranged everything to suit and kept chasing for progress.

Very professional staff and fitters found out what the faults were and rectified them really happy

Just want to say how welcoming the sales team, particularly Matt, who I was dealing with. He was very friendly, open to questions and very knowledgeable particularly about the Lusso models as well as the whole range that Coachman produce. I certainly don't like 'pushy' sales people and it was reassuring, to just sit and chat. Although my circumstances meant that I unfortunately didn't get to buy the caravan, I would certainly recommend anyone in the market for a caravan, to visit this dealership on the outskirts of Nottingham.

Booked to see a caravan that was advertised on their website. We were shown around the caravan, we were not rushed to look or to make a decision.
Sales person (mat) was very friendly and relaxed. Made us feel welcome from start to finish.
On the safety inspection it was discovered that there was a few faults with the caravan. Mat assured me that these would be rectified before he could hand over the caravan. We arranged a day for collection. This then had to be changed as the parts for the caravan were taking longer than expected.
The day finally came to pick up our caravan. We were shown how to use all the appliances and that they all worked on electric, gas and battery. Heating system was explained. We were shown the water system working and that the water was nice and hot. Caravan was sold with a working smoke detector and carbon detector. Assistance was given to hitch up and check lights.
No issues with this company at all.

We brought a bad model
Not Kimberley fault but they took it on the chin for the manufacturers and we then bought a vehicle 45% more expensive..,
They worked wonders to ensure our second order was perfect
Proper customer care... no bull
Just listened to their customer and helped solve the issues with the least fuss.,,

We were looking for a new caravan for a while and found a couple that matched our specs on the website.

We went for a look in person and spoke to Matt who talked us through the features of each caravan and was very helpful from start to finish.

We made our decision that day and made the purchase. Going through the process of buying was really simple and we returned a couple of weeks later to pick up the van.

On pick up day, a couple of issues were found. Matt handled this professionally and rather than let the caravan go that day, he sent it back into the workshop to fix the issues and delivered the caravan later that week so we weren’t out of pocket. They even fitted our battery and gas for us as part of this.

We hope to have many happy years with our new caravan, but when we decide to trade in for a new caravan we’ll definitely be back to Kimberley Caravans!

Matt was the guy we dealt with he was great and conducted him self very professional in is work .Was everything you expected from a good sales man did not push us to have a deal could not wish for a more helpful person to deal with the rest of the kimberley team were very helpful the handover was very detailed and thorough would recommend matt and the kimberley team 👍

Very helpful staff in the caravan sales and in the shop. The sales team listened to what we wanted and showed us the different options they had instead of walking round all the vans. I would definitely recommend a visit

A very friendly and professional service with my Bailey Alora’s warranty issues. Everything sorted in just a few hours. Very happy with the service provided.

I have just returned home after picking up my caravan from the Kimbnerley Nottingham branch to find broken glass on the floor and work surface due to a smashed microwave turntable.
I reported the matter to the company and they responded that I should not have had the turntable in the microwave.
The damage occured on the way back from the service after the caravan had been left in their care.
I will not be using this company again when I shortly trade up to motorhome if that is their attitude.
Further Update.
We have now checked the caravan more thoroughly in the daylight. Muddy footprints are on the carpets despite Amy's assurance that the carpets would be covered.
The alde heating fluid tank is below minimum which I deliberatley left before the service to see if it would be picked up. It was not.
What Keiran did for £339 I fail to see.

After looking around many caravan dealers we decided to stick with Kimberley. Richard was very helpful and guided us through our decision as we had certain requirements but Richard gave us some good reasons for or against that we hadn’t thought of. Eventually we made a decision and collected our van in November. We was given a full handover where we were shown how things in and out of the van worked and Richard made sure it was attached to our tow car correctly and safely. Thank you Richard.👌👍

What can I say other than thoroughly professional, courteous and down right helpful from start to finish from looking, buying a motorhome to handover. Matt who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to any of our questions and there was a lot. As our novice understanding of motorhomes other than YouTube videos we saw the van on a YouTube video Kimberly had uploaded so we decided to come and view the vehicle to which we then purchased a couple of days later. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but felt compelled to give an insight in to how good Kimberley are. We’re absolutely thrilled with our motorhome but also the service and aftercare we have received. Anyone thinking of buying from the team at Kimberley will get a first class service from the team so hats off to you guys and keep doing what you’re doing. All done really well, we had an intermittent fault on our fridge. Decided to replace, not cheap but very happy with a fridge that works all the time.

We had our damaged caravan looked at on the 13th because of storm damage, we haven't heard anything since, need to get this repair sorted so the caravan isn't further damaged

Matt went out of his way to help us find out first motorhome. There was no pressure to buy. He explained everything to us in detail which gave us the confidence to go ahead and buy our van. The service from Kimberley was second to none. Thanks guys.

Being members of The Camping and Caravanning Club we had been under canvas for some time now, but felt we at a time where we would like more comfort in our adventures.
Upon arriving at Kimberley Caravans for the first time we were made to feel welcome, and the team there were able to answer all our questions, while guiding us thru choices, options and accessories.
We settled on our chosen unit which fitted our needs, and from then the process ran smoothly thru to handover.
On handover the information relating to our unit was presented methodically and at our pace so we may best understand it. With hands-on operation, demonstration and systems checks we were ready for our first adventure.. our journey home.
