When my dog passed away I didn’t know what to do in panic, I found Kind Pet Funerals on line, after talking with Sally my mind was at rest.
Her experience in dealing with tragic circumstances made a very easy decision,

After a shock loss of a pet and a rather upsetting vet conversation about cremation and the unlawful cost for a small animal ashes return, I came across Kind Funerals.
Kind Funerals is exactly that, KIND.
Companionate, patient and sincere, Sally was in touch from the get-go and I was surprised that she herself was there for collection. She is warm, genuine and just gets it. Everything was clear and straightforward, exactly what you need when you are upset. Little Marge came back to us with some very thoughtful extra gifts in honour of her memory. I knew she was in safe hands. So thankful to know this company exists. And it’s sustainable!

From the moment Sally gently and lovingly took our Benji away……… we knew he was in safe hands.
The ongoing communication was so comforting, we knew exactly what was happening regarding Benjis ashes.
We were so pleased to have him back so soon.
The thoughtful little additions that came with Benji were a lovely touch.

In a time of extreme emotional crisis, Sally was calm, professional and respectful of our needs. Abbey was collected so quickly, and returned home the very next day, in a beautiful container, along with a cast of her pawprint and other thoughtful gifts. Such a lovely service, thank you so much. I'll be recommending you everywhere, you really helped us to cope with her death at home.

They were very helpful and went the extra to help as my wee dog died on the Thursday evening before Easter and nowhere was open for 4 days so we were pretty concerned about the wait. Very kind and great communication.

Absolutely could not recommend Sally and Kind enough. What an amazing service they give. Losing my beautiful Brodie was the hardest thing, but knowing he was in the amazing hands of Sally and her team was made so much easier. Xx

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved turtle very suddenly and unexpectedly.
We stumbled across Kind Funerals and it's the best decision we could have made to honour Squirtle.
Sally did not hesitate in answering any of our many questions (thank you), and put our minds at ease.
Sally is so incredibly kind and understanding, the process of cremation was very straightforward, and she said some lovely things about our baby. We were able to have the ashes the same day, which was very comforting. We were given a free clay print and we are so grateful.
If anyone is unsure whether to use Kind Funerals, I urge you to chat to Sally. If I have to use a pet funeral service again, I'd reach out to Sally without any hesitation.

A very respectful and compassionate service

I cannot recommend Kind Funerals highly enough. Sally was thoughtful, sympathetic, caring, professional and a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond and kept us constantly updated.
Although I hope its not for a long time but I will definitely be using this company again when the time comes.
It's amazing companies like this exist and I'm so happy that we had Sally to help say goodbye.

Sally was kind and Sympathetic to us from the start with our pet.
Sally was professional and efficient returning bubbles in 3 days with a nice bag. Inside the bag was a wooden box engraved a clay paw print, fur inside a little cardboard box and a sympathy card and two pieces of blacklace to wear on your wrist

Such a sad time but finding Sally was such a blessing. Genuine kindness, honesty and words of comfort for my daughter, who lost her dear rabbit..
